Sanrio Surprises is a charming gift store that specializes in Sanrio Hello Kitty, Kuromi, Pochacco, and other cute characters. The shop offers a wide variety of gift sets, apparel, and accessories, with a plentiful stock of adorable merchandise. Although the store can seem a bit unorganized, this adds to the fun of shopping, as customers never know what they might find. One of the unique features is the โopen blind box policy,โ allowing shoppers to open blind boxes before purchasing, which appeals to those who prefer not to be surprised. The staff are known for being friendly, helpful, and caring, often going above and beyond to assist customers, such as walking around the shopping center to return forgotten items. The owner and employees create a welcoming environment, emphasizing a positive in-store experience by not selling online or offering shipping. Overall, Sanrio Surprises is a delightful place for Sanrio fans, full of cute items and warm service that make every visit enjoyable.
