I've always lived in this city and I go here most of the time. Bryan and Tracy usually help me. They are always cheery, helpful and very knowledgeable about how to send mail/packages. Last Saturday had a 5 minute wait. Not bad for a weekend. Excellent customer service.

Supervisor(Asian guy)! Really bad attitude, think before you open your mouth! The worst post office I’ve ever been to. Would give minus 5 stars if I could. First of all, my package was in transit for 10 days after I purchased the USPS priority express service I asked him where my package was and it’s been 10 days and also I called the 800 customer service many many times. He said it was scanned once when the day I mailed it. He also said they didn’t guarantee for any shipment to the destination. Yes, we understand nothing is guaranteed except death and tax, but as a supervisor, do you really say that when your customer loses their REALLY important package?
If you said no guarantee, can you show the sign at the front desk? Do you have any compassion? Is there no responsibility for you to lose my package? Additionally, I was told to give a postage refund after 15 days of missing mail investigation. However, when I tried to claim a refund after 20 days of missing mail investigation, he said he was not sure if I could get a refund! Are you trying to steal customers’ packages hiding any information? Are you a thief? Shame on you! Everyone else is very nice but you!

Have been going to this location for a while now, their customer service has been excellent, they have answered my questions and have suggested different options when I need to send mail letters or packages, very pleasant.

the person who handles mail return in this specific location is stupidly self-righteous. Return mails asking for additional postage for no reason at all. The person who handles returning mails in this location needs to be fire.

Tracy is the kindest postal office worker I’ve ever met! She is so sweet & makes going to the post office, which is usually a drag, a surprisingly pleasant experience. She should be recognized for this!!

I went here to send something two days ago. My English is not very good. There were two Chinese people there who knew that I spoke Chinese and deliberately refused to speak Chinese. How can I put it? Their attitude was really not very good. The white lady inside is very attentive and has a good attitude! Give it 4 stars

First of all, my mail always mis-delivery to wrong address. Second, i ordered a hat from Amazon and was delivery by USPS. My package arrival opened and next day the mailman was wearing a difference hat he normally wear. His new hat look similar to the one I purchased from Amazon. Very suspiicious!

I walked in without an appointment for Passport Renewal, Kay Liu went out of her way to help me. She was kind, helpful, pleasant the entire time. It really make me changed the way I feel about Postal Office service. I will give a 5 star for Temple City Postal Office. By the way she is beautiful too.
