I was looking for an RH tie rod end that I could not find anywhere. I had looked at their website early in my search but had no luck, so I thought that a call would be better. I told him what I was looking for, and he answered that probably not, but he would look. When he came back, he said he had a brand new one. He also said that most parts for the 1935's are not listed on the website or catalog and recommended that I call in person for parts. The service I received from Bob's and the time frame for shipping were fantastic. I do recommend that you call them if you don't see what you want in catalog. I will definitely use them again.

I have been a customer since 1995 primarily because my mechanic recommended them. They undoubtedly have many things for sale that I needed and their pricing is about the same as CARS and FUSICK.My main complaint is their attitude. Despite being a long time customer there is no warmth with this group. They don't even acknowledge that you've been their customer nor do they seem to care. In the past year, I've found other suppliers and use these new resources despite the fact that Bob's is more conveniently located to us West Coast customers.I once asked them if they had a customer history since I was trying to keep a careful history of parts purchased. Essentially, they have minimal records and see no need to.I've decided that the only way to get any satisfaction with unfriendly businesses is to vote with your feet.I will never use any business, especially Bob's, that treats you with such a lack of customer service. I'm not angry with them....just insulted, especially since their attitude never changes and never will.

Supplying hard to find early Buick parts and handling customer's well are what they do at Bob's Automobilia. Can't be an easy job, but they do it well! They have supplied a lot of high quality parts recently to my garage in S. Wales, U.K. for my client's '48 Buick Super Eight Sedanette in RHD, as recently imported from S. Africa.

I am finally getting my 1948 Buick super Sedanet custom finished. Over the 13 years that it has taken shops to finish the project I have purchased many hard to find parts from Bob's and was always pleased with the quality. I have found them to be very nice people to work with and while they don't have everything, they have a LOT of old Buick stuff available. I highly recommend them.

I've got a 49 buick straight 8 super and never had luck finding good parts until i found these guys. I live in New York and got the parts in 3 or 4 days. Amazing quality, and they even sent me a catilog showing me what else they sell. They are the only people I will buy from now.

I have done business with this company for more than a few years now and the experience has always been professional and friendly. Today however, was different. I had ordered some clutch parts and installed them only to find that they didn't work on my vehicle. I should mention that when i initially ordered the parts I was not sure which clutch I should order because there was two that where listed for my particular vehicle. I was told which was the one for my vehicle by the salesman and I order what he suggested. After installation it turns out that it was not the correct part. I returned the parts to Bob's and decided to have my original clutch and friction plate rebuilt here in town, and ask Bob's to credit my account. I noticed after checking my bank account that the full purchase price was not returned and called Bob's regarding this. I was informed that their was a 10 percent restocking fee. I really don't have a problem with this because most places have this fee. What I do have a problem with is the attitude of the person whom I spoke to. He seemed upset with me personally because I returned the parts and wanted my account credited. He sounded offended that I had chosen to have my original parts rebuilt as opposed to buying the more expensive parts from him. I have spent a lot of money on parts from this company and did not expect to be treated in such a disrespectful manner. I was at the Good Guys Show this weekend and discovered other Buick Parts Companies. So I will be doing my shopping with them from now on.
