“TO EVERYONE who doesn't know, may I start out saying that this post office if a contracted unit, meaning we do not do all of the services a regular post office does, but we are a good place to go to for sending out certified mail, international mail, letters and packages. We have a list of things posted in store of what we are unable to do as a contracted post office. Furthermore we do not deliver your packages ourselves, the post office we are contracted through USPS 800 6th street paso robles CA 93446, does all the delivery for us. If you do have a complaint about your delivery please take it up with them at 805-237-8342. Lastly our main company is NCI Affiliates, we work as a training program to train adults with disabilities on how to work a thrift store and post office job so please have patience with our individuals. “The staff at our Paso Robles office is always friendly and ready to help. Anytime I have an issue or a package has not arrived they a prompt and ready to help me find it. Tiffany has always gone out of her way to make sure things are found and delivered to us. I have a rural mailbox and sometimes we get a new person to deliver the mail, occasionally there are a few issues until they get the hang of it, but she is always able to find my lost parcel. I appreciate all of their help and hard work. Sometimes the public is harsh and judgmental of the work they do, but without all of the post office staff none of us would get any mail. I do think that they are under appriciated. No one praises the post office for getting the mail delivered, they only complain when the slightest thing goes wrong and causes them an inconvenience. Thanks for all of the hard work.”
