“Found this facility online reading good reviews that did not disappoint. We’ve been renting from U-Stor-Mini Storage in Atascadero for several months now and it been an easy transition. Facility is in a convenient location, it’s kept impeccably clean at a fair monthly price. We especially appreciated going into the unit on a special pricing offered at the time ( they run specials regularly).
The customer service we received from the first contact was exceptional from the onsite manager, Taylor. He’s professional, friendly and keeps the place running smooth!

“We have rented from this facility on three separate occasions. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Because it is typically just the one gentleman working if he happens to be out in the yard you will not reach anyone via phone and cannot leave a message. Due to that we ended up reserving a truck online. That just streamlined the process for us when we went to pick up the truck.
The trucks were clean but only had a 1/4 tank of gas each time. Luckily we were only going a short distance. The size truck we rented came with a dolly and some blankets to utilize. Nice little extra to have instead of having to spend additional money for those items. They came in handy for us when we moved our belongings.
It is hit or miss as to how many and what size trucks they will have. If you are unable to get clarification by calling then reserve it online and you will not end up being unpleasantly surprised upon arrival.
The gentleman we encountered is not only friendly and helpful but a very hard worker. He always has a smile on his face. Makes for a better day when you are going through a stressful process.
If you need to secure storage or simply rent a truck or trailer to move then give this location a try as you won't be disappointed.”
“I have used other storage companies and this is the best. I have never, in years, had one problem. Best of all is Joe who is the great. A huge plus is there is a sister company in town, Traffic Way Storage. While I used to live closer to Downtown Mini I now live closer to Traffic Way . I can go into them if I am in a rush or Joe is at lunch. Karin at Traffic Way is just as fabulous as Joe. In my experience you can't go wrong if you are looking for a place to store your things than Downtown.”

“Moved into Super Storage four months ago, after two other storages - one in Paso Robles and the other in Atascadero - ended up having rodents. I know most of my experiences with storage places are that they are almost always booked so customer service is not a tight priority, although this location has most of its units filled up I can't say enough about Jennifer the lady at the front desk, how polite she is and a very hard worker. I use the storage for my business so I am at it times per week. Every time I am there and not helping out a customer she is out picking up trash around the property or sweeping or even pulling weeds ... Literally every time I am there she is doing something to better the storage experience for the customer. Out of all of the storage facilities that I have used in the past, this is by far the best storage place that I have ever used. I was recently telling my daughter who is with me a lot of the time that this is the type of work attitude that you want to have at every job. She said that I should write a review, and so here I am. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience at Super Storage and recommend their facilities to everyone I know who lives or works in the immediate area.”
“I had rented a large unit from Ms. L., the Manager. She was the only facility that answered the phone 7 years ago when I had an emergency domestic need. That day especially, she was my Hero! She was so easy to work with, and the nicest person. She checked her messages frequently and would get back to me quickly.
I've always felt that my personal stuff was Safe. There is no evidence of pests, and the whole place was always clean and well maintained.
This was my first ever storage facility rental and I am gratified to tell of my Excellent experience and thank Ms. L. for all of the help.”

“This is a great safe storage location which is reasonably priced & even includes insurance which other places don't offer. Units are clean and large and protected by locked gates and cameras which is nice as you don't have homeless people meandering around like the last storage unit I rented. The onsite managers are responsive friendly and quick to respond to your calls emails or voicemails and quickly take care of any issue. This place also has onsite U-hauls which is perfect when it comes to moving and storage needs. These units have lights in them too which is awesome as my past storage units didn't which was dangerous and a nightmare when trying to access my stuff after dark. The storage unit grounds are always clean and customer service was top notch! Thanks so much Amanda and Jennifer you guys are awesome and deserve a raise! Will definitely recommend and return if I have any storage needs in the future!”
