“I don’t ship items often so I was a little intimidated when I had several items I ended up needing to return from Amazon. Fortunately, the Amazon return service was super easy. And then the staff at Perry’s were very helpful and friendly on top of that.
I love the gift selection they have, there are SO many things and different themes. I wouldn’t go here for cheap gifts though, they are definitely quality items.
I will add that they don’t accept QR code returns. That was the one downfall of my several returns, but the UPS store is next door so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience.”

“The staff at our Paso Robles office is always friendly and ready to help. Anytime I have an issue or a package has not arrived they a prompt and ready to help me find it. Tiffany has always gone out of her way to make sure things are found and delivered to us. I have a rural mailbox and sometimes we get a new person to deliver the mail, occasionally there are a few issues until they get the hang of it, but she is always able to find my lost parcel. I appreciate all of their help and hard work. Sometimes the public is harsh and judgmental of the work they do, but without all of the post office staff none of us would get any mail. I do think that they are under appriciated. No one praises the post office for getting the mail delivered, they only complain when the slightest thing goes wrong and causes them an inconvenience. Thanks for all of the hard work.”
