Templeton Mini Storage offered me a great rate during a time where I was desperate to store my stuff due to a quick move from San Francisco to Paso. During COVID I experienced speedy service that helped me find peace with having my stuff in a safe, affordable and reputable place. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are insightful, understanding and always available to help. In the future, Templeton Mini Storage will be my first choice for storage. I highly recommend them!

I have had my storage unit since 2018 no problems. The only problem I have had is with my credit card being compromised and I had to let them know and when I haven't let them know I got a new card they give me a courtesy phone call too let me know I need to make my payment so I don't get a late charge. I'm so happy with Diane I think that's her name I may be wrong. BTW I had my credit card compromised four times in 2020 and never had a problem with my payment or a late payment charge. They are the most professional people in the office even the guys that maintain the outside too. Thank You for my storage unit Happy Camper

This is by far the most unprofessional storage place on the Central coast. Do not rent from them. They deposit checks before the date on the check. I'm someone who issues checks early so they arrive by the due date but on two occasions they deposited early and overdrew my account then made me pay in cash since the checks were declined. The front office lady who is elderly is snarky and rude more often than not. She will not allow you to speak to any upper management about issues. Also, you can't use your credit cards to pay. I would strongly recommend not using their services. Save yourself the headache.

I moved here at the last minute and chose them because of their location. They were amazing at helping me figure what I needed and i felt no pressure in buying anything i didn't need. I traded storage units based on the changes in my needs and they worked with me there as well. They are so friendly and kind. I absolutely recommend them.
