I did a DIY replacement for a part on my Sprinter but Mercedes requires it to be programmed...(gotta love these new cars). Most dealers would charge you their hourly rate to do this but Mike and team charged me 1/3 of what the dealer would and they did it super fast. You don't see that level of fairness these days. Mike was the absolute man. He drove out to meet me when my CEL came on late Friday night and gave a quick diagnosis to put me and the wife's mind at ease. Cannot recommend him enough.
