I did a DIY replacement for a part on my Sprinter but Mercedes requires it to be programmed...(gotta love these new cars). Most dealers would charge you their hourly rate to do this but Mike and team charged me 1/3 of what the dealer would and they did it super fast. You don't see that level of fairness these days. Thank you!

We were on a road trip up to Paso all the way from Orange County. About 2 hours out from Paso my engine light came on. We called 5 different mechanics and half of them all told me to call Mike. We called him and unfortunately he was closing at 2pm (it was 1:45pm and we were still hours out). Mike was so nice he offered to meet us later that evening (hours after he closed) just so he could scan my car and try and give me an idea of what might be wrong. We met up with him at 8pm on a Friday evening and he was able to find out it was nothing serious and we would be able to drive back home without any issue. If/when you ever have any real issues with you car I’d highly recommend coming to see Mike! What a lifesaver!

Mike was the absolute man. He drove out to meet me when my CEL came on late Friday night and gave a quick diagnosis to put me and the wife's mind at ease. Cannot recommend him enough.
