He suggests things but doesn't push, he will take time to answer all your questions, and makes you feel like you have a real relationship with who cares for your car. Such a breath of fresh air after using my impersonal, unfriendly, and super pricey dealership for service the last 10 years. Now I won't go anywhere but Tommy's! Also, the office staff is really sweet and nice.”

“So I brought my 1997 f250 in to get the transmission completely rebuilt. Shawn knows his trade, so when he recommended upgrading the clutch plates for increased durability I had to agree. Long story longer there were some issues after the fact with a leak. They brought it back in replaced the oil pan with an upgraded one and a new gasket. They tightened up the the nut where the dipstick tube comes into the transmission (all free of charge). What can I say it's a 25 year old truck, it's bound to have some issues. At the end of the day they did a great job, and they stood by there work. If you need transmission work these guys are solid.”

“My daughters Prius died due to a water pump failure while she was home on Spring Break. Dwight was able to diagnose and fix it very rapidly. His fees were reasonable and we were thoroughly impressed with his professionalism. Upon picking up her car he showed us the damaged water pump and answered our questions. His shop is kind of hidden on the north end of Spring St. but I would recommend you find it if you need honest professional auto repair. Great Job Dwight and Thanks again!!”

“Erik and his team are so helpful ..I got a high quote for brakes somewhere else and they saved me $400 then did my smog and it wasn't going to pass so they let me take it and drive it for a day and come back and got it passed. That same day my car was messed up on the bottom and they quickly fixed that also without an apppointment for me after the smog certification. I appreciate all their help!”

“I did a DIY replacement for a part on my Sprinter but Mercedes requires it to be programmed...(gotta love these new cars). Most dealers would charge you their hourly rate to do this but Mike and team charged me 1/3 of what the dealer would and they did it super fast. You don't see that level of fairness these days.
