“Well, we showed up out of the blue with no notice with our 9640 foot bluebird school bus. It had a leaking air brake chamber, and the governor on the compressor for the air brake system was all over the place. They got me in and out within four hours For an incredibly fair price to say the least. I literally only wish these guys were everywhere that my bus needed them. “Bad Experience Turned Into a Good Experience on Friday, Jan 5, 2024 around 1:10 pm. Drove from O'Reilly's to Auto Zone. OMG!!!! I was greeted with a smile from Mr. Ruben M as soon as I opened the door!!! I had just had a terrible experience at O'Reilly's, and walking into Auto Zone in Porterville, CA E Olive, the greeting was a DELIGHT!!! I was IGNORED at O'Reilly's!!! I already gave them a piece of my mind. But Mr. Ruben M happily greeted me and grabbed the parts that I needed and even installed them in my car with a smile!!!! This made me feel special and appreciated. He even shook my hand!!! Mr. Ruben M deserves some recognition for helping me turn a bad O'Reilly experience into a great one at Auto Zone!!! Thank you Mr. Ruben for making me feel special as a customer. I will be shopping at this Olive Auto Zone for my car needs!!! Thank you so much Mr. Ruben M.!”
“When I learned that my Volt had an issue with the shifter that was covered under the Voltec warranty, I called Merle Stone service to ask what I should do. Josh warned me that with the shortage of new cars, their service department was swamped and it would be a few days before they could get to my car. I dropped it off that day (Wednesday), anyway, as I didn't want the problem to escalate, and though they weren't able to get to it until Monday, Josh kept me updated. He hadn't found the warranty coverage, but hoped to find it after the parts were ordered. On Wednesday, Josh let me know that the parts had been ordered, but they still hadn't found the warranty coverage; I assured him he would find it. On Thursday he let me know he found the necessary warranty and that all of the work was covered. Friday morning he called to let me know the mechanic had worked late and the car was ready for pickup. Yes, they had my car for a long time (I am lucky to have a backup car and work from home), but Josh called regularly, updating me on the progress, letting me know they were doing all they could do, and eventually making the repair for free. We have to be a little patient during these times, recognize when people are working hard, and support their efforts.”

“Got new tires. These guys were great! Really good price and really good warranty. Usually go to big brand but the offer here was too good to pass up. Installation and road hazard warranty was a lot cheaper because of being a walmart plus member. They only took 1.5 hours on a very busy sunday! I really apperciate the people working back there!”
