Terrible service very unprofessional. Quick to take my payment tho didn’t get a tank delivered till a month later. And after that still no propane fill I’m left with an empty tank no propane. Have called many times and they keep giving me the run around. Avoid this company choose Amerigas or any other company.

I called for service and they told me they would come on the 18th. No one came so I called again and they said they had come before the 18th but they had no access to the back door. I told them I had been home and also have security cameras and didn't see anyone.they reschedule again they didn't show up they said the driver had run out of fuel. I called again this time I talked to a real professional person who rescheduled and said she would make sure some would come and she also apologized for all the lies that the other person's were saying . They were doing good before so I'll give them another chance

I've used this company for at least 6 years now and have absolutely no problems or any bad experiences. They are fantastic, and I highly recommend their services. Keep up the excellent work, Ferrellgas!!

Worst company ever. We consistently have problems getting them out in a timely manner to our short term rental. They tell us to order at 25% but we have to lie and order when we are at 40% and yet we still get to zero before they show up. They take 3 weeks to get there.

Ferrellgas provides excellent service!! I had been trying to set up my propane tank with another company but they were providing terrible customer service. They kept me waiting for weeks! I called Ferrellgas and they took care of everything with only one phone call. They quickly set up a service date. The propane tank was delivered and installed two days after my initial call. Robert (the technician) was very helpful and even helped me with my new stove. He went above and beyond! I will definitely recommend Ferrellgas to friends and family.
