I want to start out by saying I was referred to Thermal Truck and RV repair by Plaza Towing. I spoke to Ron at Thermal Truck and RV regarding my issues about having warning lights on my dashboard stating very low DEF warning, which was not the case .The DEF tank was 3/4 full and I was able to make it to my destination safely. He stated he could have a service technician come out to my location the next morning to diagnose my problem and possibly make the repairs needed. The technician named Hector was here the next morning at the time stated and was able to make the repairs and got me back on the road. The technician is very knowledgeable and would definitely use their services again if ever needed.

Best service I have received from a mechanic in a long time; Aaron may seem inexperienced, but after watching work up close and personal, I'd say he's an old pro at what he does and how he does it.

While travelling (Feb2023) on I-10 we lost a serpentine belt on our 2006 Sports Coach diesel pusher, the motorhome had to be towed to Indio (44) miles and left in a parking lot of a casino. The next morning I contacted Thermal Mobile RV repair, they agreed to come to the RV and preform the repairs early that same afternoon. Ron and Alec ? Arrived replaced the belt, checked on the water pump belt (it will need replacing later in March when we are back in Palm Springs area) the price was MORE than fair, the work was done quickly and professionally. There is not a recommendation high enough that I can give this company. If you need any services for your RV please call this company, I will be using them again.

We are traveling across the country in our 5th wheel RV and had a debilitating electrical problem that meant we could literally go nowhere. It was our lucky day, I googled Mobile RV repair service and found the owner, Ron, at Thermal Truck and RV. We called at 730a.m. on the day after a long holiday weekend and Ron was able to juggle things and send his tech out by 930 a.m. Between Jamie, Shawn, and Ron, they were able to solve the problem in the 100 degree heat with good humor and technical expertise. Thank you so much to all three of you for helping us. We count ourselves lucky to get the problem fixed I less than one day and are soooo grateful!!!!

I can't say enough good things about this business. I was on the road and my RV hydraulic jacks became inoperable. No jacks means no slide out. I called Thermal Truck and RV. I explained my situation and that I was in the middle of my trip. They told me to come in first thing the next morning. I was there when they opened the next day. My RV was quickly diagnosed and they went to work. A few hours later my RV was repaired better than new with stronger hydraulic lines. The team was friendly and rescued my trip. It is important to note, Every other RV business I called in Arizona and California had a 2 week wait even when I explained my situation. These guys are busy, their lot was full with RV's and their service bay was full. They pushed everything aside for me and my wife. They are compassionate and helped us out by getting us back on our trip. These guys are great, prices are fair and they do quality work. I am glad there are stand up guys like this crew! Thanks guys!

Had my first experience with Mobile Lube Express and Shawn was efficient, knowledgeable and answered all my many questions. I am a new Class C RV owner and really appreciated the convenience of them coming to the storage area instead of me leaving my RV for hours at a dealer or other place. The cost was fair. I would have no problem recommending them and am definitely using them again!
