A man that lives there I used to take care of never had a problem with Juanita. She was always helpful. She’s strict but she’s just looking out for the best of all those who are living there although she did rent to my son. Well, my son screwed that up. It wasn’t her fault and I don’t blame her for having him evicted from there. She has to do what she has to do if you’re not right get out Other than that she’s a real cool person hard worker.

Been here at Silver Sands a couple of months now. Manager Juanita is such a hard worker always cleaning outside and so so nice. Just keep your area clean safe follow the rules and I’m sure you won’t have a problem. The sea is on the right side of me and the mountains on the left side of me. It’s lovely you learn to appreciate nature more. Everyone keeps to themselves and very friendly. There are school buses for school age children. Though you do need a reliable car to get to any stores or out of town errands.

DO NOT STAY HERE.
Before this place I never had one trce of bugs or cockroaches.
When I ended up leaving here after a couple months, I was INFESTED with roaches
It was the worst fight of my life!!!
It took me almost 5 months to rid my trailer of them.
The sewer at this park was broken and they were living in the sewer lines and eating the poop and probably coming into my trailer and making me sick
It was awful!!!
I will NEVER stay somewhere where I do not investigate the bug situation again.
Don't chance it.

Worst RV park in California possibly the entire nation. No services period. No USPS Mail. No showers, no bathrooms and a big swimming pool you will only get to look at in 120 degree weather. No laundry. And the owner/operator/manager is a mentally lose cannon in need of care. Beware of the cat size rats that will destroy anything you bring into this dump.

Lied to me and my family DO NOT GO TO THIS PARK many complaints for the “manager” which is actually just the owner paid her to do work and a shade turns out she’s a con artist made the shade look horrible and in total spent 7000-9000$ for everything i asked her to do which 2 things are still not completed even though i paid money for I am going to sue this park and owner.

All services are permanently closed at this park. The pool, laundry and bathrooms and showers all closed permanently. Not even USPS service here much less mail boxes. And management well lmao . And this is absolutely no place for children. However there is plenty of zoom zoom here.

They have updated the entire park alot. I gotta give them that! But the have a beautiful pool & it's never allowed to be used. They just raised the monthly rent amount! If you don't bring your own trailer, the ones that they have to offer you are not even liveable! The ONLY REASON I gave them a 3 star is bcuz of the PEOPLE LIVING there! I have a few friends that live there.

Pretty cool spot, I got a few friends that live there and they seem to like it a lot. Close to the casino and gas station.
