Charged $4.97 for a Slurpee, when other locations charge only $2.97. As well as a ruse overnight worker as well threw my doordash order at me.

I gobto this 7-Eleven every day between 7 am and 8 am to get coffee since I really enjoy the regular and columbian coffee of 7-Eleven
They are always out of all flavors of coffee. The coffee in the pots that have a little left are old and luke warm. So now I have to go next door to get a cup of coffee at the donut shop. Have you had coffee at a donut shop lately? ???

They close randomly when they feel like it. I've been there at 2am and 5am and each time they said they were closed for a break. I think they just close at night because Newbury Park is pretty quiet at night. Instead of staying open during the stated business hours, they wrap the doors with wire to close them. They can't legally lock the doors during business hours so they use wire to bind the doors together. This has inconvenienced me twice so far. They should just hire people that are willing to stay open during business hours. Or they should change their official hours online to reflect these breaks that the employees say they have. Be better.

Came in to buy some Waters and attendant was a female older Indian lady that was extremely rude and annoyed at everything... I will not return to this place again. I will go next door next time!

Rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. Yelled at a customer for spilling a little bit of his drink while providing nothing to clean it up. She needs to lose her job and learn some manners. 7-11 needs to hire better people. They were also out of every soda. Just gross running water and she did nothing to fix it even when aware of it days earlier. Wish I knew her name so I could report her to HR.

Typically, this place is great. However, the person they had working here at the register around 5:30 pm was incredibly rude. You guys should hire better people than this, you should hire more people like Berty. He is at least polite.
