Rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. Yelled at a customer for spilling a little bit of his drink while providing nothing to clean it up. She needs to lose her job and learn some manners. 7-11 needs to hire better people. They were also out of every soda. Just gross running water and she did nothing to fix it even when aware of it days earlier. Wish I knew her name so I could report her to HR.

Typically, this place is great. However, the person they had working here at the register around 5:30 pm was incredibly rude. You guys should hire better people than this, you should hire more people like Berty. He is at least polite.

It's 3:30 am and I've waited 40 mins at a 711 that was locked up with a temporary closed sign, to leave and go to the one across town for it to be locked and waiting another 30 mins, then leaving and coming to this one for it to be locked with a 10 min sign. Still waiting 15 mind later. Every time I've been to this 711 late at night it's been closed why waste customer time at 2am.

I have only been to this 7-Eleven on Kimber Drive a few times over several years. This review is regarding the past year or so, with the most recent being twice in the past 3 months to buy lottery tickets when there were jackpots of over a Billion Dollars. Those recent visits were last night, 1-12-23 at apx. 10pm and sometime in Oct or Nov of 2022. Employees at a business should be focused on the customers, especially when we're at the checkout.With that said, at least one or two of the guys at this store are constantly talking on their cell phones even as I am trying to complete a transaction with them.Since they're not paying attention to what I asked for, I have to repeat the request when they hand me the wrong thing(s).I assume these rude and immature younger men are relatives of the owner?It's too bad that customers and the reputation of 7-Eleven have to suffer for the mistake that the owner made with his poor decision to hire and retain these guys!Although I had to check at least one star in order to post this review, this 7-Eleven does not deserve to receive one!I will not be back there again!

Today my kid went to get a slurpee and by accident he drop the slurpee and this lady told him to go away with out his slurpee my kid is only 10 years old And he was so excited because he was going to get a slurpee usually he doesn’t eat or drink that stuff but today is Saturday I said ok and when he got to me he was all cover on tears and very sad I when there to ask for an apology for him and make him feel better and this lady had the worst attitude and never said at list sorry:( I got the audio of that:( the worst!!!

Be careful there is a guy that keeps kids change and says sexual content to them and he is still there. The cops have done nothing for months. Don't let your kids go by themselves.

The guy behind the register at 7pm on 6/11/22 is a total A*** Using his cell phone for personal s*** while customer are waiting and waving his hand at us like we are bothering him is completely rude! NOT SURPRISED that is probably how they do things in the country he is from. PLEASE LEAVE MY COUNTRY. Go back where this is normal, NOT acceptable in this country. Will not spend another dime in this place. have shopped here for decades. The owners should be ashamed but I am sure they think it is perfectly acceptable to treat customers like they are so much s*** on their shoes!

"What do you want" is not how you greet customers. I walked in to buy a refill since I still had my cup from the last time I was there the day before. The guy at the register (same guy that rang me up the day before) stops what he's doing with other customers, literally shouts for me to halt and asks me what it is I want. Suddenly, I wanted nothing and left. I'm not sure what his problem is with me. I'm very aware of the way I look and behave in public. I'm in my late 30s average height average build and although I was working outside today, my clothes are clean and I washed up before heading to this 7-Eleven. So there's little doubt in my mind that the man with the earpiece behind the counter behaving as if I were Jesse James wiggling a pistol in the air and hollering at everyone to "git down n shut up" was both unable to remember my appearance from the day before and simultaneously so disturbed by it that he forgot that his income is generated by customers. I am not a customer here any longer. Maybe the owner should stifle his uncouth and undeserved attempts at belittling and embarrassing the people that help him buy outdated 90s tech and support his family. There's only a few ways to screw up running a 7-Eleven. The business plan is demonstrably simple and effective, the location is good. All you have to do is not be an a****** to your customers and you're going to be ok. I'm not going to lie though. I'm routing for this man to fail now. Not just the business, but whatever it takes for him to hit some sort of rock bottom and learn humility, integrity and maybe discover the value in being part of a community or giving solace to a stranger with a friendly greeting. So on a long enough timeline, I suppose I'm routing for him to be a better person instead of a t**** Godspeed.
