Every time I go to get fuel, I go to this location, 420 Thousand Oaks Blvd. Customer service is always on point. Don't go to 2861 N Moorpark Rd. The guy there is absolutely rude and has a bad attitude, borderline scary.

I brought my car here because I knew Kash and a friend of mine recommended that he would be the only person he could think of to fix it. I get the car towed over to their location and Kash says it’s okay for me to leave the car there, I had told him about me having to order a part and he said it’s fine. After the first initial talk with Kash, I felt confident that he could get it done. The second call I get is from a guy named Mohamed and this guy starts telling me a bunch of things are wrong with the car as if I don’t know the history to my own car. I end up going to pick up the car after him saying it’s done. I find out all he did was put in my fan (which was in my trunk) and a new module. After spending an outrageous amount of money I get my car home and the same light turns on. (So he didnt fix the issue) and my car is now doing the same thing it was.

I always go there to full my tank of gas the service its great..! I dont know the name of the girl whos work there in the morning but she's so nice and always be so sweet! I think she deserves a raise!! Haha and also I always recommend everyone I know to go fill the tank in that place

12/01/2019 around 5:30pm: We were traveling from out of town driving back home, looking for a taco truck in nearby Lombard St. via Yelp and we aren't able to see it. We wanted to park here real quick since we don't want to be in the way of other cars, JUST to check GPS on how to get back on the road and get home etc. As we are positioning the car -- NOT even parked well yet -- an old white guy suddenly came out of an old car beside us, claiming to be the owner of this place, threatening us and yelled at us to get out of this place and the tow truck will be coming NOW. Me and my bf were caught off guard I was explaining we are only checking the GPS real quick and the guy still yelling got out of his car pointing at us and about to charge on us. Needless to say we got out of there as fast as we could. NOTE: We weren't even there for 2 seconds before he confronted us, it's a business and there was NO sign that we can't be there. What if we are paying customers that he was threatening away? Either way it's a horrible experience to be treated that way. It's a SKETCHY, scary, and weird experience. I don't undestand where the anger is coming from this dude. He looks miserable and trying to pit on other people. I think me and the other review here from a lady named Sally are probably talking about the same guy. If the guy is really the owner of this business, it's a shame.

Old Fat douche bag working night shift at 9:50 Saturday 11/2 is worthless and rude. He turned away a paying customer because he's old grey overweight and miserable. He's a sad excuse for a human being. Horrible business.

Excellent service from "Cash"a Mercedes mechanic who is amazingly working on my 20 yr old Benz. He never does anything that is not totally needed. Great advice on upcoming maintenance and repairs. Honest and fair prices. After looking for a good mechanic for years..so grateful he was highly recommended to me. The ONLY place I will go. Glad I took their advice.
