I sold my car here. Alex contacted me on Facebook Marketplace and gave me an offer higher than anyone else. We set up a time for me to go in the next morning. I went in they kept their promise on the offer and everything else was fast and easy. I’m very happy with their offer and would definitely go back to sell and maybe purchase a car there next time. Everyone seemed really kind there and like they work as a team. It was very nice! I Highly recommend and hope more people check them out!

In October I went for service for my Acura and was helped by Gabriela. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, checked on me while I waited for my vehicle and explained the services being done.

Aron is the best! I walked in not knowing whether I wanted to purchase and MDX or RDX and he was able to give me the time and space to review both models on my own after he explained all of the perks. We test drove both of them and he was so patient with me going back and forth for almost an hour trying to pick one. He is so incredibly helpful and informative!!

My wife and I were at Swickard Acura of Thousand Oaks to test drive a pre owned Jeep Gladiator a couple of days ago. We were so blessed by the way we were welcomed and served by Aaron, the manager and the head mechanic. There was a bit of a mix up and the Jeep had yet to be made ready for a test drive. But when I told Aaron we had driven all the way from Fresno he went way out of his way to find a way to make it work. Immediately the manager and mechanic found a way to make it happen, doing all the pre-checks and getting the truck ready.
We could not be happier with the truck and the buying experience! Next time we need a car we will start with this dealer!
