My wife and I had a good experience at this car dealership. The salesman who assisted us was kind, patient, helpful, and professional. Outstanding customer service! We test drove the Acuras, but it was not quite to our liking. Based on the top notch customer service, though, we would not hesitate to return to Acura of Thousand Oaks for a possible future car purchase.

I had a horrible experience with Acura dealership in Ventura ( read my review of Gold Coast Acura) buying a new RDX. I turned around and went back to Swickard Acura in Thousand Oaks. They provided me with outstanding customer service and buying experience I'm used to in 20 years of owning Acura's. Aaron (sales) and Beshoy (manager) were amazing with us. I drove out in a new RDX happy with my experience. I highly recommend this dealership. They stand by Acura's values in treating customers like royalty. And the car is Acura, so it sells itself.

I recently had the pleasure of working with a young, intelligent, beautiful saleswoman named Kat at the Acura dealership. If you need someone to make things happen, she is the one to go to. She was energetic, polite and got things done. I must say, she completely exceeded my expectations. Her eagerness to assist me in navigating the purchase of the vehicle I wanted made the whole experience much better than I expected. Her knowledge about the cars and financing smoothed out the buying process immensely.What impressed me the most about her was her willingness to listen and work hard to solve some difficulties with information I needed. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and asked insightful questions to ensure she could present me with the best options available. Her attention to detail and ability to provide valuable recommendations truly demonstrated her expertise in the field.Throughout the entire process, the saleswoman displayed exceptional professionalism. She patiently answered all of my questions and guided me through each step. Visiting from out of state, my dad and I went for a drive and sure enough, our Acura TL needed to be serviced at a moment's notice. Luckily, the service team from this location took us in right away and provided the necessaries on our vehicle. Justin, our service rep, was professional and courteous to us while we waited for the job to be finished. Also, while at the dealership, we were met with a sales rep (Kat) who provided us with a great experience in test driving new models, sparking our interest in a possible future trade. This establishment has earned our business and we will be returning for more transactions. Thank you guys!

Leo from the Service Dept has consistently been extremely helpful and thorough with each visit, and I’ve been taking my longest owned vehicle (MDX) for over 9 years.He explains all services performed clearly and shares the recommendations for services needed in the future.He’s amazing! Communication is excellent and the attention to detail is the reason I will continue to bring both my Acura MDX and TL for service. He and I know what’s the best way to keep my cars healthy and on the road.

I was lucky enough to have a really bad experience at another Ventura County Acura dealer which led me to Swickard in Thousand Oaks. Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I've been through. I called about availability of a TLX Type S. Brian helped me over the phone and got me in for a test drive, which isn't easy.Brian was able to answer all my questions about the car. This car practically sells itself but if you're not sure Brian is your guy. He's not there to sell you just "a" car. There was no pressure and he was able to make suggestions I wouldn't have considered. Thanks again Brian. Shout out to Babak for making the finance part easy. Seriously if you are thinking about an Acura go visit these cats, they'll take care of you. Thanks again SWICKARD!!

Leo helped me out with a tricky warranty issue.Thank you so much for helping me with my warranty issue sir. You and your service techs took great care of the vehicle. I normally don't service my vehicle with the dealer but this experience really helped me change my perspective. I will be back most likely but only because of Leo and his team.Thank you again Leo!

Worst service ever. I had an appointment at 10am to sign finance docs. I didn't want to waste my time at a dealership but was told by the sales associate that I would need to come in. I got there 20 minutes before my appointment. I was told they were short staffed and didn't have a finance guy to write up the loan at this moment, but they are having the finance guy from the Honda dealership next door come over. My sales guy, Israel said "he'll be here in just a few minutes." That was around 10:15. For the next hour we were told "5 minutes" and then we wouldn't see anyone for another 20 minutes. After we had been there for an hour and a half with no one there to assist, we finally decided to leave, without completing the purchase. Prior to leaving, my husband asked someone in the office when the finance guy would be here. The guy was dismissive, and said "we've already called him". Not until my husband said he would be leaving did he finally get up and walk across to the Honda dealership to get the finance guy. At that point, we were done. I will never go back to this dealership, and I will probably never buy another Acura.

Hands down, the best car buying experience we've ever had! Fast, easy and very smooth process. I highly recommend Acura of Thousand Oaks for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Worst car purchase experience I have ever had. Israel and Melanie seem not really want to help their customer. During the discussion about the agreement, I always need to wait for more than 2 hours for their reply. Make me feel like that I was wasting my time and they not really want to sell their car. Finally, took 1 hour purchase another car in another dealer

Frank and the entire service team are tops! I had never been there before. Drove-up at 7:15 am; within 30 seconds Frank is introducing himself and asking what my NSX needed. Fantastic folks! This is where all of my service needs for the car will be addressed. Best of the Best! -Craig

I regularly take my car to Acura of TO and I've always had a great experience. The are prompt with their service and always performed repairs to my satisfaction.They don't recommend unnecessary repairs and when they suggest repairs, I don't second guess them. They've built a trust and I hope others have had similar experiences as well. Keep up the good work.Thanks

Once again I'd like to let Acura in Thousand Oaks know how awesome they are. I drove right pass the Acura dealership in Sherman Oaks to get to Thousand Oaks Acura. Their service is by far the best.
