Steer clear of the service department here at all costs, they are completely negligent. I naively pre-paid for three services after buying out my lease. Every single time I've had to get my car serviced they have been a total nightmare: slow, unresponsive, etc. I get that it's the same old song and dance with most car dealerships/service centers: they overcharge and cut corners. Fine - I get it. But I never thought that they would put me in immediate danger. I'm shocked and appalled, and I want to warn anyone who may use their service center or consider using it. I have gotten my car serviced every year since I got it in 2018. I was surprised leaving my service appointment last year in 2022 having never once had the technicians tell me the tires should be replaced. I have never been told to replace 3/4 of the tires from 2018 (one was replaced in 2020 because of a flat). Last year was my "Service B", which is supposed to be the more comprehensive service at 5 years. I left with a completely clean bill of health on my car after specifically mentioning a concern about the brakes and expecting the tires to need replacement after 5 years of commuting on them.I went in yesterday for my 6th annual service to find that 2 of my tires needed replacement and that one was worn down all the way to the belt (completely bald) and was extremely dangerous to be driven on. You can imagine my surprise that I had never heard anything from the service department about my tires being worn until it got to the point where I was in danger. I took my car to another tire shop today for those aforementioned two tires to be replaced and the technician there said that I should have been warned about my tire needing replacement over a year ago, which leads me to to believe that the service center at Mercedes Thousand Oaks didn't even look at my car last year during my "comprehensive service".He also said I should replace all 3 tires since they are all worn and need replacement (they're all the same age, so this makes more sense) not only the 2 Mercedes mentioned. If I had let the service center at Mercedes fix the 2 tires, they would have let me drive away with 1 worn tire from 2018, which is 7 years old! This is extremely dangerous. On top of all of that, they did not note that my car needs alignment which has been causing uneven wear! This is something that was brought to my attention by the tire shop I went to today. Now I have to take my somewhere else to check everything because I don't trust that they've ever thoroughly checked my car during my services.

I have purchased a few Mercedes from here, and have had service done many times too (and purchased and had service done at the Calabasas Mercedes dealer too) here is the inside scoop. If you need your car serviced, do it here and ASK FOR BRIELLE. She is knowledgeable, personable and extremely helpful. She does whatever she can to make sure you get taken care of.As for sales- one guy you need to work with- Ed Mallory. He goes the extra mile and really cares about making sure you are more than satisfied.That is the unsolicited inside secret to having a great experience in purchasing and getting service for your Mercedes.

Ed Mallory was the best cars advocate we have ever had. He made working with him so easy. He was patient as we continued to change our minds, and offered many test drives to get us in the right fit. I say he was an advocate and not a salesmen since he was not pushy and rushing the process!!! He engaged in conversation and stories throughout our visit to make it more personable and fun. He had my husband and I laughing throughout!!! Ed is an amazing asset for Mercedes and we were more than happy to work with him.

Had wonderful car leasing experience with Ed. Took the time to explain and walk us thru EQB and EQE differences. Patient enough to give us test drive as required and and answer our questions. Rustin Nazer helped me find my dream car. I wasn't expecting to love a car so much but because of him i found my car. Unfortunately, we didn't walk off the lot with my dream car courtesy of Rustin because my husband wanted to search for a deal. He wanted to pay less than or exactly Msrp; i believe he ordered the car via online sales. I just want it to be clear: Rustin is the reason i am getting this car. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable salesman. I truly wish we got the car with him right off the lot. Thousand oaks is better than Calabasas Encino and Van Nuys. I hope anyone looking for a Mercedes goes straight to there. I appreciate his efforts to get me the car i wanted. I hope he gets some credit for the work he put in.

Ed Mallory - You are the man, sir! Thanks for the accommodation! You made my visit worth while. Even though I didn't buy the Mercedes you showed me. Your outstanding service was unmatched. I've bought many cars from various dealerships and you sir is the benchmark. Zero pressure. FYI, this was my second visit and I am amazed by the friendly staff and professionalism. Prior to this visit, I went to the Audi dealership next block and it was a night and day difference in customer service. I can't wait to give them my review.

After researching for over a year and calling every dealership in the greater LA area, I'm so glad I found Youriy at MB of TO to help me with my purchase of a Sprinter van. From the beginning, he took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. He also asked me questions and helped me select the right options for my needs. Communication was great from the beginning through today when I picked it up. No sales pressure with Youriy either, just help from start to finish. I can whole-heartedly recommend that you give him a call if you are considering buying a Sprinter or just have questions about them.

This place is incredible! The staff really know their cars the building is beautiful and the vehicles are amazing. I appreciate how you can see the inner workings of almost all their cars on a life-sized wall that gives you a 360 degree view. They also have a really great selection of product which can be tricky to find - many of the other dealerships I've been to don't know how to get as many cars. I like to go over and look whenever I can - just beautiful stuff!!
