Edit: when I posted this, I forgot I left one 9 months ago as well. That just goes to show, I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Been going to Dr Bremer for a very long time. All together I've brought in over 20 animals. Can't say enough great things about him and his staff. Truly!!! His staff is very nice, accommodating and always look you in the face when talking to you. That always means a lot to me. Willing to spend time talking and explaining things. They're patient, return phone calls, make sure Kona's meds are correct. Dr Bremer always calls after procedures and with any info needed after appointments. He's patient with Harley who is a 90lb nervous dog. If old time personal, caring, knowledgeable care , which is hard to find these days, is what you're looking for, you need to come here. Family owned, which is important to me. No corporate BS here. Prices are great, very caring. I HIGHLY recommend

My wife and I have been going to Arboles Animal Clinc for over 12 years. They have taken wonderful care of Charlie, our Weimaraner, since he was a puppy. But late in 2023 he developed serious issues. Dr Bremer and staff were there to guide and assist our hospice care for Charlie. Due to their intervention we were able to have Charlie for a few more weeks before he walked over the Rainbow Bridge. Since then, we got a new pup whose been checked out by Dr Bremer and is working on some of the pup's issues. When we go into the exam room at the Clinic we sometimes see Charlie's old photo on the wall from long ago.....and reminisce of all the great care and love and empathy that Dr Bremer and the staff have provided to our pets over the years.

My very elderly mother lost her license, but when I had to leave town while mother’s dog was under Dr. Bremer’s care, the staff offered to come pick them up and bring them in if anything happened. What vet does that? Outstanding!I love that they are family owned and have been around for decades. My previous vet was bought out by a corporation and the whole place became impersonal and rates went through the roof.I like that when Dr. Bremer’s office gives an estimate, they offer a best case scenario and a not so great scenario for care.I also like the discounts. Over the winter they offered 20% off canine dentistry as well as a deep discount on NexGard, our dogs’ flea & tick med. They also have a senior discount upon asking. They have a sign posted in the office for discounted vet meds you can get online with their prescription. Again, how rare is that? Most importantly, the care is exceptional. Dr. Bremer has never had a misdiagnosis with our dogs and he and the staff are always gentle with them. When you go, say hello to the fearless office cat. I can’t recall his name, but this is one cool cat.

Words cannot express just how much our family appreciates the team from Arboles Animal Clinic. We have been taking our two dogs there since moving to the area a year ago. We have found their team to be the best veterinarian team we have ever been lucky enough to work with. The doctor is gentle and incredibly knowledgeable and the nursing staff is beyond kind. On top of that, they are the most reasonably priced and honest group we've ever had take care of our animals. The veterinary clinic that we previously used in Culver City was infinitely more expensive and charged us for every single office visit. We just took our dog today for a follow up exam that required some more work and they didn't even charge us. Arboles Animal Clinic has our business for life! Thanks so much, heroes!

I took my 16 year Pekingese in to be put down and I have to say that this was an awful experience. I told them I wanted to hold her as she passed, they said that would fine. They took her to start an IV, that they couldn't get so they gave her mediation to relax her... brought her back to me so I could help soothe her and then took her for round 2 of trying to get an IV. I could her her yelping and screaming they finally turned on music to drown out the sounds of her cries. After 20 minutes they brought me back to her, where she was on an exam table practically not breathing at all. The vet who only said TWO things to me were "she's not doing very good" - uh thanks that's why I'm here. The nurse/tech said we're going to give the two injections now, one to make her sleepy and one to help her pass. I said I don't think she needs any more sedation. They gave it anyway. Then he gave her the second shot, took a disposable stethoscope to her and then looked at me and said "ok" (second thing he said to me). I wanted to hold her. I wanted her not to pass on a sterile table. I would not recommend this man as a vet. Terrible experience.

The worst care I’ve ever experienced. Especially when you yourself is concerned for your pet, they fail to address your concerns.I genuine believe they need a new Vet He was very unprofessional.

I brought my pup in for a wellness exam and blood test and then a teeth cleaning. This was the first Vet that we have ever been to that my dog wasn't shaking when we walked in. My dog is almost 10. They did a great job on his teeth and I'm so glad I found them. Their prices are reasonable and I felt like they care.

Terrible experience. The vet was unprofessional. He barely looked at me or spoke. New to the area, my dog needed continuing care for chronic health issues, so I was looking to establish with a new vet. I told him my dogs left ear was dirty, he wasn’t letting me clean it enough and that he has had infections there, but he didn’t even look at it. Later, after I finally got the ear cleaned on my own, it looks like he does have an infection but going to the vet this morning didn’t help with that. The vet just tested my dogs joints a little, them said “order labs and x-rays” to the tech, and left the room.

Overcharge / Mislead / Time wastedDuring my visit the doc prescribed a certain medicine in a certain form (that can be applied). Despite me assuring I can be ok giving my cat pills since I ve done that without any big problems but he insisted I needed that exact one. (btw later I discovered there s even a better form since I was complaining about my cat having hunger problems - there is a chewable form of it). Okay I thought. later on the staff wanted to order it for us for some reason even though I told them I was late for the meeting. I ve waited 30 mins for them to order it. (at this point i still don't have any medication name on hand). Okay I thought, I might overpay but It shouldnt be much. In the end: I had to wait for them 30 mins + 5 days after I had to travel back to them to get it for 120 when Chewy and many others could deliver it faster to my home for 40. Hard to believe that after 30 mins of "research" the person did not see it costs less. Anyways, not sure what it was but looks like very poor practice and NOT an error. I wonder if the 420 I paid for the analysis cost the same in other places.

If you have a medical dog emergency this is the place. This veterinarian hospital does not operate like a cooperate Machine. It is a hidden treasure of Animal lovers that truly care about your Family. Here is my story. I received a call that my Dog Honey was not using her hind legs properly, she was also very lethargic. I promptly called Arboles vet at 1:00 and was told that I would be seen at 3:00pm. Which that in itself is rare most vets have a 3 day wait unless it's a life threatening emergency. I like any other impatient owner went immediately and arrived at 1:45. I was not harassed for being early I was immediately put into a room and seen. The Vet Tech was beyond empathetic and very communicative. The Dr. Was told that I arrived early, and the place is on the smaller side you can hear everything. The Dr. Was not upset and simply asked for a few minutes to finish a task. The Dr. Examination went quick Temps where taken and a general examination was given. I was then told by the Dr she is running a fever.(side note she got into the trash two days earlier) so he ordered a x -ray and blood panel. Once it was all said and done he determined it may be a infection, we are waiting on the blood work to come in tomorrow. I will update this post once she is in good health. A shot was given to lower her fever and antibiotics to combat her infection. Was it expensive... some would say yes. But at the end of the day the service I received and especially the haste they applied to my fur baby. I would have paid more and not been upset at the services rendered. Update :next morning Dr. Called with the results and she does have a infection the antibiotics are starting to work and my Honey is almost at 100% she has regained power in her legs and she has all her playful energy back! I am beyond happy and cannot thank this amazing team of professionals that took me in on short notice. I have my Dog happy and healthy 24hrs later Kuddos!!!!

Most of the staff is friendly but it seems they don't really care for your animals... the vet here doesn't spend nearly as much time as he should answering questions and concerns. He comes in, then leaves. It's very rude..90% of the time I'm speaking to his staff and not the vet himself. .-.

Sophie, our beloved 11-year old Bichon/Spaniel was attacked by a German Shepherd. We went directly to Arboles Animal Clinic. They took Sophie immediately and couldn't have been more professional and kind. It was a comfort to know our dog was in good hands. Two weeks later, she has healed beautifully and is back to her normal self. We are so grateful to Dr. Bremmer and his wonderful staff.

I took my little man, Joey, a small dachshund in for his yearly checkup; I was reminded once again why I choose them, even though it was a bit further to drive, Everyone in that vet office, genuinely cares and loves what they do, it comes thru in all that they do. Thank you! So reassuring to know my little Joey is in good hands. FYI - they also have a vet clinic, [discount on shots] call for more info
