Came at 8pm and the doors were locked. Waited 30 minutes and no one came to unlock the doors/sit at the register. I understand someone maybe having to run to the bathroom, but 30 minutes??? Ridiculous.

Nice, new / modern, wide variety inside the store. All Arco's get docked points though in my opinion - due to the fact that you cannot use Credit cards only, only Debit cards for which they charge you a "Convenience Fee" of 35 cents.More like an "Inconvenience Fee", am I right?!?!

Was nice until that night cashier guy started getting snippy about .48 cents while I tried pulling it out of my wallet because I wanted to use up my change. Hope you get fired man, you aren't cut out for the work if you can't wait 5 seconds for me to grab change.
