Rude.... Hope I never have a reason to go into this bank ever again. Not helpful a single bit. Should have gotten the name of the woman. Loud, asked for a manager & when the manager arrived. She wouldn't let him speak for himself.

This bank has consistently closed with no notice. I have seen the majority of their customers are elderly and wouldn't know how to use the internet or be able to see it even if they could and the bank is just closed when they show up. There is a small business that is next to this bank that needed change for their customers and walked over there and the doors were closed with no notice. Not being able to access your own money with no notice is very alarming. The second time that this happened I made a phone call to the Bank of America over on Hillcrest and asked if they were open. I needed to cash a check and they said yes we are open but we are only open until 2:00 which was 15minutes away. The gas prices are high but I made it over there with about 5 minutes to spare. When I walked in I explained that I wanted to cash a check and they said well we don't have cash here. We have no tellers and we have no cash here you'll have to go to the Bank of America over on Moorpark road but they have also changed their hours and are only open till 4:00 I am by the way we're not going to be open on Saturdays anymore either. I didn't know I had to ask a bank if they had cash before I rushed over because the other bank was closed without notice. Eventually I did get to the Bank of America on Moorpark road and yes they were able to cash my check. I thought the point of a bank was to be able to keep your money secure and be able to access it whenever you want to. I have no confidence in this bank at all. It looks to me like they don't have money. It's absolutely obvious that they are not reliable. I also bank at US Bank and I have never had any problems with them US Bank is great. Bank of America and Wells Fargo are absolutely horrible.

Very disappointing experience in my opinion. I made an appointment one day and when I arrived at the branch, the doors were locked and the branch manager told me that no one was around to assist me. When I informed him I made an appointment he let me know that the person who was supposed to take my appointment wouldn't be back for another 20 minutes but he would be happy to get me started. I found this very irritating because Reuben was supposed to know that I was coming in and should not have left for his lunch knowing full well that he had an appointment. He was also very condescending and not at all helpful. I've tried to call him multiple times to get assistance for something and have not heard back. All in all, due to my poor experience and lack of support through this branch, I will close my account and never bank with them again.

Worst bank ever. I've been a client over 25 years and today Sally can't cash my check because it has my college degree (initials) behind my name. The bank on Moorpark road is never open. Sally needs a manager to cash a check. Celia claims to be a manager then says there's no manager to cash my check. This bank closed for a long time during Covid. Couldn't get my checks cashed. I am done banking with businesses that don't appreciate their clients. And to make things worse. Sally was on her phone while i was standing at her window. Had to wait until she was done posting/tik tocking/texting before she would even help me. Withdrew a large sum of money and i asked for an envelope. She gave me a tiny envelope that the Money wouldn't even fit in. WORST bank ever

Went to this bank yesterday to pull out a large sum of money. The clerk was impatient and rude immediately and then proceeded to ask me how much I wanted to withdraw. I said "the full amount on the card" because we are in a crowded bank and this location has been targeted by thieves more than once in the past. She wouldn't accept that answer. I asked her why she is forcing me to say the amount out loud. She proceeded to say it as "Fourty-two, twenty" and impatiently explained that she said it different numerically. That was her safety protocol and level customer care. Then she hands me over four thousand dollars CASH in my hand and didn't even offer to place it in an envelope. I asked her for an envelope after waiting almost 10 minutes patiently prior to this and she responded by telling me to do it myself and that she already gave it to me. I could not locate the envelope and carried a ton of cash out to my car in the parking lot and had to transfer it like that. Needless to say I deposited it into a better bank like Chase where I have never had an issue like this in my life. This location needs a reality check. Its not just the terrible customer service, its the fact that the staff training and safety protocols are so poor, as well. This bank is built with two easy access points on either side of it and it is close to a freeway. This has made it a target for robberies in the past (hence my initial caution when withdrawing cash from this location).

Went there to get help to set up online bill Pay and was waiting my turn patiently on the Sofa , When a woman I believe to be a manager comes over , I explained what I need help with and she tells me I have to go online and they can't help me there, then walks off to talk to someone else. I got up and left, this isn't the 1st time I've been rudely dismissed by this same woman. You know who you are. You need to learn better people skills. I'm moving my money and business elsewhere

I searched for an open branch and finally found this one. It was my lucky day because not only were they open, I had the pleasure of meeting Anne Francisco. She was so helpful and professional and took great care of me. She was a delight to work with and I appreciate her positive attitude when the world around us is "Covid closed!" Thank you Anne for all your help but also for working so hard in order for us to all maintain a little normalcy.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Bank manager was very rude and unprofessional. Refused to help with a wire transfer Because "they were too busy." One of the tellers said he can help but disappeared for over 30 minutes. I just ended up having to leave. Very frustrating and disappointing

Never go to this BofA, iI've been a member of this bank for over 15 years and have never been treated with such disrespect as I have here, I got change from them for my business and they gave me an open roll of change that spilled outside and when I tried to tell them what happened they wouldn't exchange it out for a new roll and even told me that some of the coins weren't of US currency, but had just received that roll from them less than a minute before. 10/10 terrible bank and staff. If I could give less than 1 star I would

Went in to get a direct deposit form for my husband that just got a new job working 12 hours a day can't get to the bank. So being his wife and on the checking account went in to this BofA due to my main branch was closed due to Covid. First a lady from Merrill lynch said I couldn't get one but she couldn't help me because she worked for Merrill lynch told me to sit on the couch. Then she went to tell the bank lady my story the bank lady said the same thing. We can't give you that form your husband has to be here. I told her I'd find another BofA she said good luck there all closed. I did find another BofA who processed the form so my husband new job can pay him direct deposit. I will never do business at this branch and when my branch opens back up I will for-sure tell them of the trashy unprofessional unpleasant experience I had at BofA on 2012 E. Avenida De Los Arboles. Who ever reads this at this bank just ask the Merrill lynch lady who she went to get. Cause I'd wished I would have gotten her name cause I would sure expose her rudeness. Shame on you!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

Great branch vary helpful. Ryan over there has always helped. If I was going to say anything it's not about the branch. Bank Of America has been putting a hold on my payroll check which makes life difficult. They say it's due to fraud. I've had my account open for a while now and have deposited this check 7 months now. This branch is great, BofA needs to figure out their fraud issues without causing good customers problems.

Bank of America branches have the nerve to charge non-customers $8.00 "fee" to cash a check drawn on a Bank of America account? I can't believe that it's a mandatory policy it seems to be quite random actually depends which teller you get. I went to the Arboles branch in Thousand Oaks and had the miss fortune to get a teller named Celia or Cecelia, Who quiterobot like, refused to cash the check without charging me $8.00. I questioned her and asked her to please waive the fee and of course she behaved like a robot and said no she can't do that yet the other day I was in there I got another teller and she did not charge me the $8.00 fee and made no mention of it. I think it's terrible and shame on Bank of America for being so greedy by charging those fees. I would never consider doing business with Bank of America.
