I was so excited to hear that this Baskin Robbins was reopening, so I took my kids to the grand reopening and it was everything I wanted. First off, they had $.31 ice cream scoops and special activities like a DJ and prize wheel. Those were fun, but the main star was still the ice cream. There are many ice cream shops out there, but Baskin-Robbins has mastered the art of combining flavors. It's like you can taste one of the flavors and automatically know where it comes from. That is especially true for their peanut butter chocolate ice cream. With huge gobs of peanut butter in a creamy chocolate ice cream base, there's nothing like it.The store itself is pretty basic, with a few tables and chairs, but the two cases of ice cream flavors really stand out. In addition, they also serve ice cream cakes and ice cream clowns, that are always fun. The staff is very friendly and will allow you to taste as many different flavors as you'd like.If you have not visited Baskin-Robbins in a while, make any excuse to go again. You will not regret it.

Went tonight for the opening special two scoop sundae, one poor girl working by herself non stop stream of people, she had no time to restock anything, out of nuts and hot fudge. Store trash over flowing felt so bad for her left alone like that.

Used to be good. Went there today and the shake was way watery. Won't be coming back anytime soon. No wonder there weren't any other customers around

I came here 20 minutes before the closing, and i see the 2 workers just chatting in the back. So i walk in there, and their ice cream is still open, but they had the audacity to say that they were closed. The ice cream was still opened, but they told me to leave. Before i left i said it wasnt even closing time. I waited in the car, and i see them laugh about it. Then they notice me, and decide to fake cleaning up. Worst service crew ever, choosing not to serve people just because they dont feel like doing their job.

There's one poor kid working the counter and there's a line of 10 people. Seems like this place is poorly managed.

I'm sad to be writing this because the previous owners were so good at this ice cream store. Unfortunately today wasn't a good ice cream day. They made a shake and it was like water. When I asked her why it was so watery she said it's because the blenders are just cleaned and that is the left over water. So you made my shake with left over dishwashing water ? She served it and then when I didn't take it she offered to make me another one. I felt bad leaving without my sons shake but with a lobby full of people, 2 young kids trying to help the customers, and the owner causally not helping anyone I decided to leave.

The business is NOT picking up the phone. How do we communicate?
