Baddest place, very lousy attention... very slow service... and it only takes 2 hours to get a stud out of my tire... I think it's a long time... but the truth is I don't recommend this place

Got a nail in my tire. Big Brand was able to patch it up free of charge in 30min during labor day weekend! Thank you so much for your help. I will come back to get my next set of tires again.

Walked in due to a tire leak and Steve at the desk was so helpful. Took my car in right way, patched up the leak and 45 minutes later I drove off at $0 cost. This Newbury Park store is great, very helpful staff.
