  Staff is so nice at every Boot Barn I've ever been to, & this one was the same. Really good selection of boots in my women's size 10 - oftentimes 10s are hard to find in any type of shoe.

  Do not buy any work boots from boot barn. I bought a pair for 160 dollars and they didn't even last a year before the soles cracked. They don't last long enough for the price. Get your boots form somewhere else. I've been in construction for over 20 years and I've never had a pair wear out like this, ever! They are overpriced and not made to the standards us blue collar workers need. I would give zero stars but I have to have one star to post. Do not buy work boots from boot barn!!

  Bought some boots “Cody Jones” they broke in half. Wore them for four months came to exchange them because they were defective. Manager told me I couldn’t return them because cause I was not registered in their system. When I bought them they did not offer me to registered…. If you look at the pictures you can tell the boots still have thread. SMH never coming back!!!
