I had some complicated banking to do on 08/23/23. I ran across a teller, Julie, who was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I can't remember the last time I received such treatment, what an asset she is to your bank. I hope she can get some recognition for her work ethic!

The inside ATM gives $1 bills, but no $10's or $50s. I usually still need to go to the cashier to make change that I need. This visit, there was a long line of customers waiting for a teller. A manager went through the line to ask if they could help instead of a teller. All customers in line needed the teller. I was waiting for the manager to jump on a drawer to help with the line, but it didn't happen. The staff at this location are always friendly and the store is always clean. There are two ATMs on the outside.

The tellers have a very bad attitude. The manager was way worse. The teller helping me was an older woman that didn't seem to know how to work a computer and seemed frustrated with the whole process. The manager didn't care to fix the issue and ended up cussing and yelling then threatened that "I'd get effed up" then called the police and that didn't end up doing anything because no crime had been committed. This branch has very bad customer service! The teller told me I can go to another branch if I didn't like it there and the manager said I can take my business elsewhere outside of chase. I contact corporate and they were shocked!

I have been going to this branch for years and I use a few Chase branches regularly but this one is by far the best one! I was just helped by Cory Collins who was professional, efficient, and went out of his way to resolve my problem. I highly recommend him!

Girlfriend deposited money and the money didn't go to her account. She proceeded to go inside and they continued to tell her the can't do anything about it. So in other words her money is gone

There’s a line of people with one teller. There are two people inside the glass office to which neither of them are out greeting… I’m not sure maybe that’s not their job? Or they’re 3rd party contractors? Pretty sad, this branch used to be so much better. Online banking is the way to go and it seems the people working here agrees with that through their actions.

Beware of using Chase bank generally they do not have a fraud protection plan, if someone write themselves a check using your checkbook and you call on a weekend and they deposit the check on a Saturday you will lose your money I lost $30,000 due to this stupid policy they have in place, beware they do not protect your money this institution is a scam and a dangerous place to store your money I will be closing my accounts and warning the people of America do be aware you can lose a lot of money with this bank so be careful.

I've banked with Chase for years and very rarely have to go into a branch since I'm more of an ATM person, but when I do, this branch is the most convenient. I've been inside this branch twice, and both times were bad, but today took the cake. I had a large amount of cash I wanted to deposit, and their newer ATMs do not do well with cash, and the lines for the older ATMs were several people deep as it was lunch time. There was one other customer inside. ONE. I was politely greeted by a little blonde girl, who asked what I needed help with today. Here's our exchange: Me: Hi, I wanted to deposit cash in my account. Girl: Don't you know how to use an ATM? Me, taken aback: Yeah, but it's a fairly large amount of cash and I'd prefer to have a person deal with it. Girl: Our ATMs can handle up to 200 bills. Since I'm basically being told I'm stupid for not using an ATM I can't use a teller, I try my luck with the new ATM inside the branch. What do you know, it doesn't recognize my cash and closed on my hand not once, but twice. I am now the only customer in the bank as I cancel my transaction and start to walk away. Girl: Did it work? Me: Nope, because the new ATMs have a hard time with cash. Girl: *silence* Me: Oookay I guess I'll use the outside ATM. The older outside ATM took my money with no issue, but of course I had to wait in line, which is all I was really trying to avoid in the first place. By this point I'm of course totally pissed, but hope the walk back to work will have a calming effect. I get back and try to call the branch, as this is a pretty good teaching moment, and of course they don't answer the phone, despite there being at least four employees and no customers, as they divert them all to the ATMs. I'm sure this employee was trained to divert people and she's just doing what she was told, but seriously? None of them are going to have jobs eventually if everyone is diverted to the ATMs after their intelligence is questioned for wanting to talk to a person. Can't wait for later this week when my husband and I have to try to cash all of our checks that have various combinations of our names on them! Wonder if they'll come straight out and insult us at that point. Tune in later this week for the next saga of Chase: you're an idiot for wanting human interaction!

Okay I'm ready to give this a fine review. I'm still a little bitter about the way they handled my need for international purchasing power and wish they had people with better advice on hand, but honestly I come here at least once a month and the staff is always friendly and polite, the lines are not long and the place is clean, well lit and has a good parking lot. I also opened a new business account here and the guy that helped me was very professional and helpful. Overall a decent location to do your banking.

My mother has had an account at Chase for years. She's 94, and is about to go into assisted living. I called the branch to see how we could go about putting my name on her checking account so I can pay her bills for her, and they said she would have to come in. She can't walk. I explained this to them, and asked if there was another way. They suggested I call the customer service line, which I did, and talked to someone named "Lee". I explained the situation again, and got the same answer. She has to come in and sign paperwork, which would take about 20 minutes. Absolutely not possible. No other solution offered. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she HUNG UP ON ME. I am beyond furious. Way to rock the customer service, Chase.
