The workers are still refusing to let anyone use their facilities. Don't come here it's completely rude and lazy of them to do so. Especially being the first gas station after a freeway exit. They want the freeway business but won't let us drivers who have been on the roads for hours use the rest room. Now I have to drive around and find a bathroom.

I had a flat in on the way home on a BLISTERING hot day. They let me leave it there for days while I sorted payment with AAA and the tire shop. It was much appreciated kindness

Go to a gas station with a convenience store fill up with gas at $100 and they won't let you use the restroom. That's just pure laziness, this isn't downtown LA where you've got a myriad of homeless invading the Restroom to take a bath. I will avoid this gas station out of pure principal, no respect for the tradition of a restroom open to the public cleaned by the attendant and stocked by the owner.I it's not like it's cheap gas. Very disgruntled employee told me to go home to use the bathroom! FU pal

Any gas station without a public restroom gets 2 stars. Fix that. This is one of very few gas stations on long drives through this area of California. Unacceptable.

I have been a regular at this gas station for just over three years now. The prices aren't always the greatest, but the location is convenient for me and the car wash is very affordable! And after using grocery rewards, the prices are just as good as the cheaper stations. It's hard for me to understand some of the negative reviews I've seen on here. All the employees here have been nothing but kind to me- even remembering me and asking what I've been up to when I haven't been around in a while. I lost my wallet next to the car wash the other day and the manager spent a good amount of time trying to help me find it. I've never had a bad experience with these guys! Whenever I go to this Chevron, I am treated with kindness and respect. I wish more places could foster this kind of atmosphere for their customers!

They have a restroom. You're welcome to use it. But there's no toilet paper. Not a single paper product at all. Think about that for a second. It's foul and gross and unkind. It's inexcusable.

Who reviews gas stations? I do! This one in Thousand Oaks is by far one of the most interesting gas stations in the area! Friendly staff and clean inside! What more could you ask for??? Oh wait...Looking for a snack...or a shirt or sunglasses? Yep they've got a selection of cute flannels and a great variety of snacks! You gotta check 'em out!

I live up the street from this gas station and I'm a regular. Yoli the cashier is very nice and helpful. She's always greeting me and my son and she is very attentive. If I need gas, Cherveron in thousand oaks is hands down my #1 to go to.
