“I love Nordstrom Rack, I went looking for shoes, so I had to stay focused. I'm not impressed with today's styles and didn't find anything I liked. I'm looking for the perfect red pump, and from the color to the style, it seems like an impossible task. They did have some unique styles and almost threw me off, but I am hyper focused to find the right red pump, 2" heel, with a strap in back. Where are you?”
“We left the other Rose locations as I was looking for a light weight jacket and some towels. My wife found some more kitchen items and a few clothing pieces.
I found the jacket and also the towels as well as a manicure set. My wife picked up a dish strainer and a few other items.

The prices are reasonable and they always have new clothes going out on the racks. I never feel pressured into buying something. Wildflower is my favourite boutique in the area and I know them all.”

“Store was very clean and organized. Even the dressing room. Was impressed by how orderly it was. They had pretty much every size available too for what I was looking for. However check out took soooo long. Two girls working the register and it was taking forever. Huge line when they finally opened a third register. The cashier who opened the third one couldn't even smile, looked like she didn't want to be there. We were finished checking out before the two other registers finished their transactions. Don't know what the hold up was.”

My wife had her eye on an outfit but couldn’t find the size she needed. We had already asked someone else, but they quickly checked the floor and told us it probably wasn’t available. We decided to let it go and kept shopping. That’s when Elizabeth came over and kindly asked if we needed help. I explained what had happened, and she immediately checked the same rack, then went the extra mile by searching another area — and she found the exact size my wife was looking for!
On top of that, my wife had accidentally left some bags in one of the fitting rooms. After a few minutes, I went back to look for them and couldn’t find them anywhere. Thankfully, Koroush had the presence of mind to set the bags aside safely, and when he saw me, he flagged me down and returned them. His quick thinking saved us from what could’ve been a disaster!

“This Zara location is well-organized and includes both men’s and kids’ departments, which makes shopping for the whole family convenient. I appreciate the clean and minimal layout of the store—it makes browsing much easier and helps you find what you’re looking for without feeling overwhelmed. The perfume section is surprisingly large compared to other locations, with a wide variety of fragrances to explore. The customer service here has consistently been friendly and helpful, which adds to the overall pleasant shopping experience.”
