Have stayed here several times. A good location, easy to find. Prices getting too high, and rooms are getting "tired" Bed HARDEST I've ever tried to sleep on ever. Ants in bathroom, charging port didn't work on nightstand.AC/heating issues.Design of room is ridiculous, TV can't be seen easily from the bed, which is stupid. TRUST ME ...STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE

Nice place to stay in Thousand Oaks. Great location with easy access to the freeways. Good staff, friendly. Beds are ok, not super comfortable.Rooms: Simple nice layout. Carpets are old and aging. Rooms could use a makeover.

This place is very clean and convenient. However, the night clerk was very rude and seemed to be in a hurry. Not the Bonvoy service I'm use to.

Great location if you’re in the Thousand Oaks area. A nicely designed Marriott property. Fairly priced. Have been visiting here for 20+ years as we visit family in the area.

Charges for car parking per day was ridiculous and big time turn off. No common amminities in the room. The manager commented "you reserved thru third party".I don't recommend.

We stayed here for the night because it was the closest and most affordable …had my daughter’s graduation at UCSB. Easy access to the 101.Nearby activities: Plenty of places nearby to eat. Chilis, Starbucks and Mexican. The mall is one exit up and there are restaurants there.Food & drinks: When I stayed there was an on-site restaurant for breakfast..no free breakfast included.

Actually we planned to stay for a night however due to prompt response to room service and warm hospitality, we extended our stay for two more night. Definitely we will return to this hotel and recommend to our families and friends. We would like to Thank Rabet for making our stay pleasant and enjoyable, really appreciate your support.

Room was spotless, very clean and quiet the whole time I was there. All staff members I encountered were polite and helpful. Freeway is nearby,plenty of food options nearby also. I definitely will stay here again.

Hotel is nice and quiet. Service is done at request. They don't have FS1 and there TV service is a little laggy from responding to remote inputs. That seems to be the deal with most Marriott hotels.

Have stayed here many times and this hotel was always my "goto" when visiting the Thousand Oaks area. I will start by saying the hotel itself is fine. Pretty clean rooms and a decent location. They have a nice pool and the gym is ok. I had an issue with a couple of things that were service related on my recent visit: #1) The front desk staff tried to give me the worst room in the hotel even though there were others available (1st floor, close to exits and elevators) and I have a decent Marriott status #2) it looks like the hotel now charges $10 for "parking" -- really? Why? There are no signs in the lot that say no overnight parking and there are also lots of people that park there for the restaurants. This seems like a "money grab" only because the hotel can. I used to feel like a valued guest at this property but not this time. I know that these issues may be minor, but they are big issue when you are comparing hotels for frequent stays.
