I love custom physical therapy it's the best in all of Newbury park Thousand Oaks and Westlake Dan is the man!! I wish they didn't stop taking my insurance I can't find a therapist that even comes close to him he has helped me so much with my issues miss them all

Awesome office and very knowledgeable staff. Only slight issue I had was making an appointment because they were booked so far in advance but there's a reason so many people want to see them.
