Pharmacy is terrible. They keep refilling all my Rx with a 90 supply which I do not need. They text constantly that they are ready. The line to pickup is always ridiculously long with one person working the pickups. It never changes so it's staffing issues.

I would give no stars if I could. Had an appointment for a flu shot and still had to wait over an hour. Will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

I came into this CVS on 7/10/23 looking for a specific item that's hard to find in stores. The app said they had some in stock but I couldn't find any at the display. An employee stopped what he was doing and took 10 minutes to look through 17 bins of makeup to find in the last bin the last 2 tubes of makeup I was looking for! Incredible employee with patience and kindness! Very impressive.

This pharmacy is a joke. Anytime you call to speak with a pharmacist or tech it's over a 30 minute wait (if you're in the store you will always see staff ignoring the phones). I had them fill a script for me that I was going to have to pay out of pocket which I told them, check to see if med is filled just to see that they canceled it. Went into the store because I couldn't get them by phone, asked them why they canceled it. They said beacUse it wasn't covered by my insurance, which I said yes I know and I told you I was still going to pay for it out of pocket. Then they say it's out of stock. Great. Thanks for canceling without my approval. Asked them to transfer my meds to Walmart, they said Walmart has to call, to which I ask how can they call you when you guys don't answer the phone? Employee just shrugs. 2 days later that one med is finally transferred. I've been requesting my other 2 meds to be transferred for a week and you guessed it, still no transfer.

Terrible customer service!!At the time of writing, this store has two out of five stars.Where is CVS Management and Corporate on this?I have been a regular customer here for THIRTY years!Today, I asked the cashier for change for $5.00, so that I could use the lotto machine in THEIR store and the cashier REFUSED!Really?I'm done with terrible customer service!

Each and Every single time I need to call this pharmacy, I am on hold a minimum of 30 minutes. Today, my husband called the store from his phone and asked the manager to go have them pharmacy pick up while I was on hold 40 minutes. She said "sorry our systems are down." Really? Every time I call? Ugh. The one thing I miss from leaving my old neighborhood. Customer service. Think they hope you'll hang up, drive there, stand in line to find out they don't have your prescription.

I just had one of the worst experiences with the manager here no wonder there's an extremely high turnover rate at this location because their management is the rudest person with absolutely zero personality should never be working a register nor should he be insulting customers in front of other customers and putting the blame on everyone elseI was actually having a perfectly fine interaction with the new employee however she doesn't know what to do when for some reason only half of the amount went through on my credit card. come to find out later something went through on my card and I didn't have the amount I thought I had. So I went to pay with my debit card and it wouldn't let me pay and the manager came over and rudely said we don't allow partial payment with a debit card and I said that's not really what I was trying to do I'm just trying to finish the transaction And because I couldn't pay with my debit card they got my information and put the stuff on hold and then when I came back to pay the remaining amount he wanted me to pay the whole thing all over again so that means that I now have to wait for the amount to be refunded back onto my card to get the amount after his cashier told me I would only be owing a certain amount and that is the amount I came back with in cash.But he said things in the most condescending rude disrespectful way I have ever been spoke to by somebody that supposed to be in customer serviceI have been coming to the CVS I know it's not the greatest and yeah I've had some pretty bad customer service but for the most part it's just broken employees because of really crappy management! And this experience just proved to me as a business major why things were so horrible here.Besides I've actually worked at places that use the same point-of-sale system and you can just put an entire order on hold and start a second order while you continue to use the same point-of-sale system for a different transaction. But he thought he would feel really cool by trying to make me feel dumb however not only did he look really stupid everybody behind me was shaking their head at him when I left giving me the eyes of oh my gosh what a POS... If I could give them 0 stars I would. Had me wait 30min for a vaccine, to tell me because I don't check a correct box when I did the online I couldn't get one. While waiting I saw a man looking for Covid test kits. Pharmacy said he had to pay because they were out of the ones covered by insurance. The poor man explained he didn't have the money to pay for one. Left and 5min later a person comes out with two boxes of them. This is a horribly understaffed and inept CVS.

Went for my prescription that my dr suggested and wanted information about why exactly I needed to take it. The pharmacist came over to me and asked what I needed help with. I explained to her why am I being prescribed this and all of a sudden she puts her hand up to her face like omg I'm sorry I've been having a really bad migraine. Then once she has her moment she asks me again and then she gets amnesia again. She comes back from complaining again and I see her on her phone googling the information. She then says you know what I'm feeling terrible right now can I give you a call to provide the answer. Well low and behold no call and it's been a week which means I will not be getting a call at all. Terrible. Def going to change my pick up location to a different CVS

They keep sending the wrong prescription over and over. Each time I call them and they say they are fixing it and then send the wrong medication again. In addition, they have an autodialer that calls me ten times a day every single day, starting at 8am to tell me I can refill prescriptions with them. It’s not like they messed up making someone’s burger or something. People need the correct medications to live.

I have had problems with this pharmacy for the longest time. They always take a long time and the pharmacists are rude and disrespectful. They always take a long time to answer their phone. I call in order to save time and not wait for several minutes for my medications. Today I called and they did not pick up for over an hour. When I told them about that, they did not seem to care and one employee blamed it on another worker. I will not be returning to CVS pharmacy and I have been a customer for many years. It is a disorganized disaster that desperately needs a lesson in customer service.

Let me tell ya a little bit about the unbelievably terrible customer service we received at the CVS pharmacy today. After leaving the ER with a bacterial infection this morning, we stopped to drop off two prescriptions from the ER doc. The prescriptions came attached, with a perforated middle but not separated. When handed the RX, the tech said she thought the date read 2014 on one of the RX's. The other she read as 2019. Considering we had all the paperwork from the hospital showing prescriptions and the fact the prescription paperwork was still attached, it's pretty evident these are brand new scripts. Well not to this rude tech. She said, nope it says 2014. She said the pharmacist concurred. So, they refused to fill one of the prescriptions. And she was so freakin rude about it! We took the rx to the CVS by our house in Wood Ranch, which they filled immediately and laughed when we told them about the date issue...and best part, the pharmacist told us "if you had asked me if you should go to that pharmacy, I would have told you absolutely no". Yea, no joke!!! Next call, CVS corporate.
