I went to CVS because I found some lip product on Amazon that I wanted to see if it was available. I already went to Ulta and Sephora...They had no clue. I went to CVS and a woman named Caroleena helped me. She knew exactly what it was, said that they had just gotten it in and that they weren't going to be putting them out on the shelves right away. So, she went into the back and got me the exact thing I wanted and brought 2 extra shades of the product. Then she told me about some other product that was exactly like the product I came in for, so now I had a choice! I'm going to start shopping at CVS for make-up now because of her knowledge. Also the cosmetic area was very well organized unlike Target or Walmart! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service from Caroleena! She is absolutely Awesome I can tell that Caroleena loves and takes pride in her job at CVS! You really need to take good care of her as your employee because she takes wonderful care of her department in CVS and of the CVS customers. I watched her take care of me and another customer at the same time. She is the epitome of customer service!

Worst CVS ever. Online ordering missing items 2x hassle to correct issue. Pharmacy terrible service and very unhappy pharmacist. Stay away.

CVS is complete trash. Staff are liars, worthless and completely incompetent. I am on day 4 without pain medication post-surgery because of their idiocy. On Friday they lied and told me my insurance did not authorize the medicine. Yes they did, I have written proof from FOUR DAYS AGO. Before I knew this, I offered to pay out of pocket. The truth came out. They were out of stock and no CVS within 20 miles had Norco, a very basic prescription painkiller. Really? 20 miles? Someone is massively incompetent. And, I had to DRIVE there to get this update because their notification system is a joke and NEVER works.The staff also just don't care. Visiting them takes up too much of their quality time and they huff and puff as if helping customers isn't part of their job.One thing I will not accept though is being lied to, so I will be making one last visit here to speak to her manager a the woman that helped me shouldn't have a job.And don't even get me started on their idiotic self checkout machines that never work.

This is a decent CVS. Parking is never an issue as the store is located in a large strip mall. They have self checkout stations; I have used them multiple times, and I have never came across any issues using them. The store is well maintained and clean. They do a good job with keeping items in stock. I have never used this location's pharmacy, so I can't comment on it. All in all, this CVS store does not stand out, but I have been to worst locations.

Worst place ever. The pharmacy is ridiculously slow and the workers are rude. So yourself a favor and skip this place and head to Specialty Care Pharmacy where they actually care you their patients.CVS is worthless.

Absolute garbage location. Everything cold and flu is gone. Bare shelves. No help at all, oh and you want Flonase? Yeah the pharmacy has to be open for that. What a joke.

Their automated call machine excessively calls you. I've made multiple requests to have my phone number removed and complained and their machines still call 2-3x a day. Dont go here

Worst CVS ever! There's always rude bitch female employee who is always hassling me about buying up the entire stock of a certain item they sell there every time. But what this stupid bitch doesn't understand is the more I buy; the more money I spend at the store where she works. What? Do you not want me to spend money here, you stupid bitch? She always on my case, saying with an incredibly rude God Damn snippy attitude, "Leave some for the other customers." What other customers? Countless times, I've come back to CVS a week or more later and there is the exact same number of a certain item they sell here as when I was last there! She's just being a bitch and needs to be fired. Will never come to this CVS again! Terrible, rude employees!

Ryan is the best store manager ever!!! He is highly professional with unmatched customer service skills. He welcomes customers and goes the extra mile to make sure the exceptional experience in the drug store leaves nothing left to be desired. You really leave there feeling that your business was greatly appreciated. I will refer my family and neighbors to this location! .... also Joslin, cashier was delightfully kind, quick and efficient with my check-out at the register. I went into this cvs after my shift to get some necessities, and the gentleman at the front Ryan gave me an incredible ring up experience! Genuine and nice dude and he even told me about their cvs package that saves me $10 a month. Overall great and unexpected experience, can't wait to chat him up next time.

All,I've been A customer of CVS at 1382 Moorpark Rd. for approximately 14 years. My son has intractable seizures and I cannot tell you how many medication changes I have had over the years for him. It is so difficult managing an ever-changing insurance situation every customer has a different need or challenge. These people at CVS are amazing they have to endure so many rude people it's ridiculous. I see them very sweet and accommodating professional and efficient. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else and I've never looked. Simply because of the people who work there. Recently my insurance changed and they made numerous calls to doctors and the insurance company as a result my son did not run out of medication and I'm very thankful. Thank you CVS employees you guys are wonderful. Thank you for what you do there are many of us who truly appreciate you.

Mostly a covid related complaint.We came in looking for some items and the clerk at the register was wearing his mask below his nose.My wife asked him to please wear it properly (and she did it quite politely, I might add) and he just got surly and unhelpful when my wife asked him about an item that we were told was stored behind the counter.I took the items I had for purchase back to the shelves, because I can make purchases somewhere else pretty easily.
