I live right across the street and have been coming to the CVS since middle school I am now in college. Recently, there has been a change in management and there is a new woman who I believe might be the store manager. She has black short hair and has glasses. Every time me and my sister's go to CVS we notice that she follows us around the store and watches us. It makes us feel uncomfortable. Whenever we are walking around looking at the make up or the snack section, she immediately notices us and rushes to the area we are in. She insists on helping us and I've declined every time and when I do decline her help, she gives me a dirty look and continues to stay in the area and keep an eye on us .I don't appreciate the way we are being treated I've been a customer for years and I think it's unfair to judge people based on just how they look.

Worst pharmacy ever. Staff is so dumb it's shameful. Not to mention rude. They never pick up their phones, but if they randomly do, you somehow get "disconnected". Understaffed. Kind of a filthy place if you ask me. Always a long wait. We transferred our prescriptions elsewhere and receive excellent, fast and efficient customer service each and every time. This place deserves negative 5 stars.

Recently worked on a HVAC project in the area and visited the plaza for about two weeks daily.For me several factors determined value for the travel time to this location instead of two others on the way;1st was excellent grocery store for healthy food and surprisingly entire isle of choices of water;2nd was Ace hardware which is slightly understaffed but always valuable because 10 min here equates to 2 hours @ HomeD&CVS for PPE (personal protection equipment) and occupational cuts/scrapes/splinters/light injuries medicinesThere is a cvs in almost every plaza BUT when I asked for help at the pharmacy at this location an amazing lady went to grab the tweezers and extracted the splinter in my hand from a roof raptor ... i happily paid for the tweezers and returned to job siteAfter reading the angry reviews by some outspoken "karens" that should be ashamed of themselves i feel its my duty to express gratitude to the pharmacy staff for going the extra mileTrue nobody's perfect and most positive experiences never show up in reviews and it is the meanest of the mean that leave extremely nasty 1 star reviews.look at the profiles they are always treated poorly....If you are still reading my review and you had similar good experience, not perfect but still good,leave a 4 star thank you here and other places you patronize that need your voice to drown out the "karens"

Be aware this pharmacy steals your prescriptions! They stole my wieght loss shot and claimed I got it and did not I'm reporting this to corporate

It's very inconsistent when the pharmacy refills my medication. Sometimes they give me a whole bunch of my medicine at once while other times they take forever to refill my prescription, making me run out of medicine sometimes for days in a row!

Pharmacy is terrible. They keep refilling all my Rx with a 90 supply which I do not need. They text constantly that they are ready. The line to pickup is always ridiculously long with one person working the pickups. It never changes so it's staffing issues.

The pharmacy is run by legitimate clowns that take 2 hours for lunch, 2 hours..... these people should be paid less, bunch of clowns. Also a lot of fraud be careful giving personal information to these people.

I would give no stars if I could. Had an appointment for a flu shot and still had to wait over an hour. Will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.

Worst CVS pharmacy in our whole area! Avoid if you can I cannot believe how rude and unhelpful they are compared to my usual CVS who treat us with compassion and courtesy.

I came into this CVS on 7/10/23 looking for a specific item that's hard to find in stores. The app said they had some in stock but I couldn't find any at the display. An employee stopped what he was doing and took 10 minutes to look through 17 bins of makeup to find in the last bin the last 2 tubes of makeup I was looking for! Incredible employee with patience and kindness! Very impressive.

I have a hate/hate relationship with CVS pharmacy in Paso Robles, it is so poorly run I transferred all my prescriptions out and swore I would never go in a CVS.Well I had no choice when I was in the Thousand Oaks and my doctor’s staff sent a prescription to Avenida De Los Arboles. What a difference in two stores, the pharmacy was quick and efficient and when I could not find a product I asked Maurice for help and he would not stop till he found it. CVS district office, take note. Hire more people like Maurice and get rid of everyone who does scheduling in the Paso Robles store.

This pharmacy is a joke. Anytime you call to speak with a pharmacist or tech it's over a 30 minute wait (if you're in the store you will always see staff ignoring the phones). I had them fill a script for me that I was going to have to pay out of pocket which I told them, check to see if med is filled just to see that they canceled it. Went into the store because I couldn't get them by phone, asked them why they canceled it. They said beacUse it wasn't covered by my insurance, which I said yes I know and I told you I was still going to pay for it out of pocket. Then they say it's out of stock. Great. Thanks for canceling without my approval. Asked them to transfer my meds to Walmart, they said Walmart has to call, to which I ask how can they call you when you guys don't answer the phone? Employee just shrugs. 2 days later that one med is finally transferred. I've been requesting my other 2 meds to be transferred for a week and you guessed it, still no transfer.
