The CVS Pharmacy at 451 Reino Road is the BEST! You'll find that Rosie, Sara and Lidia will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and fulfill your needs while being friendly and caring. CVS may be big large, but the employees here give it a home town feel.

The manager refused to help my mom and me at the cash register when the coupon she uploaded wouldn't work. His response (to the clerk and not us) was, "I can't produce a coupon for her." He didn't even look our way. It was as though we didn't exist. It was humiliating and very upsetting. My mom shops there all of the time and to be treated this way was inhumane.

I can't say enough about the staff at the pharmacy here. I have never been treated so well at any business. Paul and Lydia and Rosie are my favorite people here. They have never ever let me down and they always take the time for me to figure out if I want the brand or generic. I feel like I am in a small town of 800 people and this is my good ol trusty neighborhood store!

I went in to pick up a prescription in which Normal Out of Pocket would be $120.00, the pharmacist helped me call the prescribing doctor and change the script to a lower more reasonable price which saved me enormously... they were extremely helpful and courteous
