The CVS location inside of Target in Newbury Park is my go-to pharmacy! All of the staff members are really helpful and they go above and beyond to get to know you. Everyone is very nice and a pleasure to see when I pick up my RX

I never write reviews but given the service I have received here over the last 6 months, I needed to. The pharmacy staff at this location is incredible. I have been to more pharmacies than I can count, and all of them treat you as just another number, but here, it's different. I genuinely feel like the pharmacists and staff are truly looking out for me, they go well beyond expectation. The people writing negative reviews are the reason I don't look at reviews, but hope this helps.

30 minute wait (so far) for my COVID vaccine past my appointment time. Really not happy about being forced to spend what will ultimately amount to nearly an hour indoors with a bunch of other people around, including an unmasked pharmacy tech. Not sure what the point of making an appointment was.

Not sure why CVS doesn't hire more help. I stopped for a few items and the line was way too long.You think with their high prices they could afford to hire more help!!
