Jack and Anthony run a fantastic jewelry store and are always there to help you, no matter if you're buying a G Shock or Omega. My family has been going to Dejaun since long before I even had my first watch, and as I have begun purchasing timepieces for myself, the top-shelf customer service has been the same. When I had to send my 3 week old Omega in for a warranty repair, they handled it quickly and were incredibly communicative as to where my watch was in process.

They were extremely arrogant, prideful, rude, condescending and didn't even know what the customer wanted. The owner Jack thinks he's better than others. The guy is dirt poor compared to his clients but thinks he's at their level. What a joke! The sales staff never know when to stop talking. They're only there because they can't find real work. Now wonder they're closing doors and now selling watches you can find at Nordstrom's. They'll be shut down in another few years.

During my time at Dejaun Jewelers in Thousand Oaks, I had a mixed experience. While I greatly appreciated Jack's friendly and helpful nature, I faced some issues with Anthony. At times, I found him to be less than honest in his dealings with me. For instance, he ordered a watch strap for me, but the price changed upon its arrival without prior notice. Furthermore, there were occasions when I did not receive the Spring bar tool I had requested, and Anthony gave me a different one, passing it off as the one I had ordered. Overall, I had some reservations about the level of transparency and honesty in my dealings with Anthony.

Outstanding Customer Service.I took an antique miniature "Carriage Clock" in pieces into the shop and asked for help. An hour later it was finally all back together and they would not accept any monies just said it was a pleasure to have been able to help!As this little clock had come with me from the U.K. a gift from my parents I was just delighted to have it all back together again. Very Pleased. Needed a bracelet repair and well as a periodic service on my Seamaster. I had anticipated sending my watch out for factory service, but decided to stop by Dejaun after seeing they were an Omega dealer and service center. I stopped in after a long day of site visits, and between my beat up watch, and generally fatigued appearance, halfway expected to be treated a bit dismissively. This was not the case at all. Within moments of entering the shop, I was helped by Jack, who explained what they could do as far as repairs and service, knew rough costs off the top of his head, and quoted a very reasonable timeline for the work. After leaving the watch, communication was great. I received a call within a few days confirming the estimate and scope of work. A second call some days later when the parts had arrived. And, lastly, a third call shortly thereafter letting me know the watch was ready for pickup. So, communication was exceptional, and the watch was ready on time and for the estimated price. Picked up the watch yesterday, and it's exactly as I hoped. The bracelet was repaired with authentic Omega parts, the bezel now works like new, it appears to now be keeping perfect time again, and a certificate for pressure testing/water resistance was included with the receipt.

I don't write reviews often but really had a great experience here. Just bought a new Speedie from them. Also, they took fantastic care of my Grandfathers old ring, it looks brand new and absolutely stunning. From start to finish it was a great experience. Had a nice chat with both gentlemen there and would absolutely go back again or recommended to others. Thanks again!

I walked in and wasn’t even greeted. We are currently in the process of looking for a ring and I needed to know my ring size before we started to look. The woman already acted as if she didn’t want to help me and when I asked her for help she made it seem as if I was a nuisance to her. “We normally only size people who are actually looking to buy”…what kind of customer service is that? Do better! So rude!
