Put a quarter in a candy machine and it stole my quarter and they would not refund it also happened to a different candy machine in the store.

I have stopped shopping in your store since my last trip due to the cashier on the register. She had a line of customers that was so long it wound around the corner and down the aisle. She said she had a new baby at home and had to tell her story to every single customer that stood before her.. No concern on her part as to how many people were waiting. Everyone in that line had other things to do and she just kept retelling her baby story over and over again. There is nothing in that store that I need bad enough to put up with that kind of service!! There are at least three others I love shopping at and everyone else in the line felt the same and we're starting to rebell. One man finally laid× down his money and empty candy wrapper and took off muttering!!! Do better if you want to stay open.

Renovations make this location much better. The cashiers are good here. The price is not so right anymore 😕, but i still keep going. Go figure.

Great place and really organized and clean. Everything really is a dollar and a quarter or more. It has groceries too.

I love this store. The shelves are stocked well, it's clean and well kept. It always gives the impression that the team makes an effort. Great place for cleaning supplies on the cheap.

Since relocating to Newburt Park I have enjoyed the product select at this store. Better than most. Until today I never not been received friendly helpful service at check out. Today I had been waiting in line when a register was opened to help someone who only had been in the store for 5 minutes. What happened to helping the next customer in line. Not only that but for the first time I had to bag my own items. After I paid team member he turned and walked off. Super rude. Shocked and dismayed with the complete lack of basic courtesy I received today.

Smells like cat pee everywhere. Can't stand it long enough to buy anything and there isn't anything I'd hold my breath for in there anyway.

All the CS Representatives are always friendly and helpful. Great location with a very professional atmosphere. The merchandise is 5 Stars and high quality.

Very clean store, employees are pretty friendly. I believe a gentleman who helped me was the Manager....very nice person. Would make the drive again from Simi to shop in this location

Stopped by to pick up a free things for Christmas decorating. For me, it is tradition to bring decorating before Thanksgiving! We want our tree up before Turkey day. I picked up double sided tape and hooks. Store wasn't busy but it was pouring outside. Shop is clean and well organized. Staff was helpful! Most things are $1.25 still a great place to things for cheap.

I have sent I several messages to Dollar Tree though their website to make suggestions or ask questions, but they have never responded to any of them. With so many other stores to shop at, why would I spend my money at a store owned by a company that doesn't care about their customers, the condition of their stores or the attitudes of their employees? I will never shop at any of their stores again! Some of the following information was included in several messages I have sent to them, but most of it was in the final message I sent on 10-15-23: I just unsubscribed to your email ads and updates due to several incidents at the Dollar Tree in Newbury Park, CA and your company's lack of response to messages I have sent. A few of the employees at that store are rude and/or lazy and at least two have made remarks that are unacceptable. Items are missing, in the wrong place, or hidden behind other stuff because they are too lazy to bother organizing things. They have claimed that there are designated people that are supposed to handle stocking and organizing certain merchandise or shelves. The air conditioning has been malfunctioning for several months and there are moths flying around the aisle where items like rice and dried beans are. Your employees know that my car isn't working and that I have to walk to the store and then strap the bags of merchandise to a golf cart to wheel it home. I spent over two hours shopping and filling a cart on Monday, 10-2-23. They only had one register open when I went to checkout, and after finished scanning the items, the check reader wasn't able to scan and approve my personal check. They apparently wanted to close and refused to open another register to ring up the items again. They didn't even want to open the scanner to retrieve my check which was stuck inside. They said they would place the cart to the side and suggested that I return the next day to try again. I told them that I wasn't coming back again and that I have had enough of their bull. I will never shop there again and will be posting about this and other incidents in reviews on websites and social media. I will be filing complaints about problems I have seen in the store to city, county and state agencies.

i am at a loss for words regarding the manager at the newbury park location he just swung and struck my service animal with a jug of coolant in the O'reillys store right next door to the dollar tree he was wearing a dollar tree manager name tag and when i told him he needs to calm down he swung it again and proceeded to threaten me saying and i quote he would "f__k my skinny ass up" how can dollar tree let this person represent the company ill be contacting the ADA & Dollar Tree Corporate to file a formal complaint I am appalled! 2 employees at the oriellys witnessed this incident this guy is a danger to not only customers but the entire dollar tree corporation. My service dog is hesitant around anybody and everybody that comes near thinking they are going to try harm him or myself
