I should’ve read the reviews before I ordered. Attempted delivery after 4PM on a Friday for a business location. Really?!?! No one answered my calls no ways to communicate with them. Terrible experience!

I recently ordered an edible arrangements to be sent to my mom who was in the hospital. The delivery instructions had clearly stated which floor it was intended to go to. Later in the day I received an email saying it was delivered but found out it never made it to the intended floor. The delivery driver had instead just dropped it off at the front of the hospital. When I reached out to customer service the day after I was told they would contact me regarding the situation. Over 3 weeks later I called back asking for a refund since it was never delivered to the intended person and didn't even make it the floor that was clearly designated on instructions. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive, and denied giving any refund saying it wasn't their fault they couldn't go in. Ridiculous. Do not go here!!

HORRIBLE. I received a box of what "looked like" brownies and cheesecakes I say "Looked like" because they were so demolished and looked like they have been rolling around in the back of the drivers car all day. This was a surprise for Bosses Day so I know the staff member that sent these spent a good amount of money on them. I have called multiple times and no one answers the phone. There is an automated phone system that says, "someone is on the phone" every time I call. I have left multiple messages and no one returns my call. I have reported this to corporate and all I want is my staff member to be reimbursed her money.

I have ordered here before and always had good experiences. Today I decided to leave a review because they went above and beyond. I put in an order at 9:30am and it came by 12:45pm. When it arrived, it was not the same platter that I had originally ordered. The person delivering it told me they would call the store and fix the problem. They made the correct platter and delivered again by 2:00pm. It's rare to have a company treat you like a valued customer and actually fix a mistake. I will definitely order from them again!! Excellent customer service!

Do not even consider using this disgracefully arrogant and disrespectful company! they do not respond to a problem, - their corporate people hide within their corporate headquarters and make one hundred percent absolutely sure that they are completely isolated from all of their paying customers regarding any complaints, errors or problems!! they are a typical example of todays corporate behavior and are only interested in how much money can be made without the concern of the customers who are paying them their salaries!!!! their corporate headquarters has made it abundantly clear that they do not want any contact whatsoever with their customer's - not in any way shape or form!!! -- go ahead and look it up -- the links to their own corporate customer service - on their very own website -- are all blocked! i received an edible arrangement from "someone" through a local "edible" franchise -- with no name or any other identifiable indication of the sender attached! ------but plenty of advertising from the local franchise that sent it! because i had no information on who the sender was!!! -- i now do not know who to thank for the gift that they so graciously paid for anonymously, that moey which i prefer to call more of a "donation to corporate greed" obviously was grabbed hastily and greedily by the "edible" corporation, and it's ceo who apparently is hidden in his hidden ivory tower office! it has been absolutely impossible to contact the local franchise as they apparently do not have any ability to answer the phone directly- and the caller is simply redirected to a "sales only" call center!! if you want to send someone a gift.......this not the company to use! the recipient may never know it was you who sent it! this is disgustingly abusive and disgraceful corporate behaviour, i hope in some way that this listing hurts their "hidden corporate employees" and it's current ceo. tariq farid. - and forces them to be more open than just responding to customers utilizing a call center where everybody is only interested in taking orders, - and, of course - your money !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do not use this company. they are greedy, voracious, impossible to contact (unless they can just take your money,) - and they have no place in our society with respect to fairness and/or offering an acceptable remedy to any possible resulting customer problems!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! our country needs companies that respect their customers........not just take their money and then.......flush us, - their paying customers - down the toilet!!!! i personally recomend amazon. -- their customer service is a very good example of how their "paying customers" are greatly appreciated, and respected! I have ordered from Edible Arrangements many times before. Liked all of the Edible Arrangements delivered on time and all of the orders were correct. Except this last and latest Store in Thousand Oaks,that I made it a point to order early enough to give the staff ample amount of time. I wanted to surprise my Niece who just turned 30 years old. I wanted to surprise her yesterday February 9. Because it was pretty special. She turned 30. Well the delivery driver called her phone just 2 times. She stepped away from her desk at Work and just like that he left. SMH!!! I will NEVER order from that place again!!!

Went to pickup my wife's bday arrangement and place was closed at 2:45. Store hours were clearly posted 9-5. No note on the door if they were coming back or had stepped out for a minute. No sweets for her bday. Really disappointing.

Recieved a platter as a birthday gift. My platter Was missing the grapes which I was supper sad about cause grapes are my favorite! And half of my strawberries were either yellow or tiny. But what makes me most upset is I've been trying to reach the store for over a month no return phone call. Corporate has emailed them to call me and still nothing. Very poor service and no one answers phone. Very disappointed will never order from this location again.

I have attempted to order from Edible Arrangements twice - neither time could they fulfill the request. The first was a request to deliver an order to an address off Westlake Blvd. They called to tell me I needed to pick it up as they could not deliver over 4 miles. I tried to do a same day pick up today, and I received a call that they called multiple times (once) and it would be ready Tuesday. They are sold out for today. They apparently do not have a supervisor or manager on Sunday. I will not even attempt to order from them again.

Placed order for same day delivery at 10:24 am I received a call from a gentleman since i had called to confirm delivery an no one would pick up the phone. Gentlemen ask how he could help me i explain my order an estimate of time it be delivered he assured me between 2-4 pm today it be delivered. At 1:14 pm i get a call from a kid at store rude zero customer service an states it’s too late to delivery my order an he will cancel my order of 100$ An just hangs up on me i called corporate office only to be assured how sorry they are but that doesnt solve the horrible customer service false advertisement no wonder this place has so many negative reviews we shall see if refund actually goes through cause it still hasnt
