Great customer service!!!! I stopped in to the office because the door mechanism on my storage unit was sticking. Sue, the new onsite manager at this location didn't even hesitate, she picked up her tools and immediately came out and fixed the issue. Not only was she prompt in fixing my issue, she also has a very polite and pleasing demeanor. Definitely a pleasure dealing with Sue. Thank you!!!

Extra space storage is awesome service friendly employees great company and communication. There is Always help when asked. Cleanly and kind. Great units. Great sizes. Great selection. Feel safe and secure leaving my personal collection my items and housing belongings at extra space storage. Definitely my go to unit for all storage items!

I recently had a billing issue with Extra Space Storage. At first, I was dealing with another rep who apparently left the company. Sue picked up the issue and ran with it. I am pleased to say that she juggled a lot of balls in the air to figure out just when we actually had Finalized our storage rental with you and the over subscription on the auto pay. We were pleased to get a refund in just a matter of days. We want to commend Sue for her attention to detail and honor. We will certainly recommend you in the future.
