Terrible experience. I waited in line for a bit patiently while the other customers went. When it was my turn the woman said she couldn’t help me send a package because there was other people she needed to help with something else first. I don’t recommend going here if you need to use fedex.

Arrived when opening. I was in and out associate friendly and polite. Plenty of parking.

Unfortunately, the people staffing this center do not have a clue about when packages get picked up. They could not tell me if the driver had picked up yet or not. Very unprofessional. FedEx needs to fix this problem. Until then, users should find another pickup point.
