This is a great location, I have never had an issue and the staff has always been great. I miss when they had 6pm ground pick up times (it's 5pm now). They do get very busy there.
Sometimes it feels like the staff is part of a TV show because so many have them have such amazing perfectly styled hair. Lol.
Aside from great hair, they have all been kind, informative, helpful, and curtious to me, even when the store is busy, and this location can get very busy.

One person working for fed-ex behind the counter with multiple persons in line to be helped. All I needed was a stapler to complete my task however there are no staplers available for use to the customers.
I gave one star due to the convenience.
This is my very first negative review.
I kind of feel terrible about myself writing this review however I believe this type of
business should have simple things like a staple available for the customers without having to wait on line to ask for one.
If i would have gotten the memo to BYOS
I would have brought my own.

FedEx has given me the worst delivery service I've ever received. They didn't deliver the package to my house because there was no one to receive it. I practically only arrive at bedtime, I leave early, and I'm already late. During the day, no one is home. I asked for it to be delivered to a FedEx location so I could pick it up when I had time. I went to pick it up a while ago, and they asked for my ID. I showed it to the lady who helped me, and she left with my phone in one hand and my ID in the other. She came back telling me she needed proof of address in my name so they could deliver the package, which seemed incredibly absurd to me. I'm visiting this country for tourism and business, and I also take advantage of the opportunity to buy certain things that aren't as easy to find in my home country, so of course I don't have proof of address in my name. I'm really upset and disappointed with FedEx's service. I'm willing to buy it again if they can ship it through UPS or USPS; they never fail.

I had an exceptional experience with a FedEx employee Zane recently, and I felt compelled to share my gratitude. He went above and beyond to ensure that my package was delivered on time, and even took extra steps to accommodate my special requests. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into making my experience seamless and stress-free. Thank you for the outstanding service – FedEx is lucky to have such a dedicated employee!

The team at the Thousand Oaks FedEx was top tier. Jessica helped us tremendously when my business was in a pinch and made sure our orders were correct and expedited. Can't thank her enough and will 100% use them when we are back in the area.

Nice big store with many employees there. Not very helpful, did not have a bicycle shipping box, attempted to sell me a $50 TV box. No thanks.

My FedEx experience has been miserable. We paid for Pack and Ship service. My item was demolished by FedEx enroute to Austin. FedEx Austin said it was because the item wasn't packaged properly. FedEx Claims has been a total nightmare. I've provided everything Claims has asked for. They keep jerking me around for "more information." But, I can't talk to a responsible person. No one calls me back as agreed to. There doesn't seem to be any one person who is responsible for dealing with me. The item never made it to its destination. It was returned to me (the shipper). I can't get the shipping charges refunded. I can't get the Pack and Ship charges refunded. Claims says those charges are the stores responsibility; the store says it is Claims responsibility.The customer support 800 number is worthless. My problem can't be dealt with with an automated response system and it won't put me through to a person.

Well I was in need of printing paper that I use for Scripts and Lyric writing.. I have been a Kinkos user since the early 2000's across the USA. I looked up online and followed my maps. I know the area.. because a friend lives over there. I took the rear entrance..which is between an alley,a storage facility for RV owners and a huge parking lot ". Im not a fan of the speed bumps..?. There is an entrance in the rear..this location is really expansive. I've never seen a location this big in Southern California. The last time I saw a Kinkos -Fed Ex this large was in Orlando, Florida. THIS location has everything..I chose my selection and paid $7.00. Honestly that's inflation for you friends. Next time Office Max or order from Amazon. I included pictures.. I was happy with my purchase..but I would have preferred to pay 5.00. Covid 19 really created a wreck in price gouging across the Globe.

On Friday evening Jan 6th, got to FedEx just before 6Pm on Thousand Oaks Blvd an hour before closing at 7pm. I needed two presentation decks printed and spiral bound to be shipped for a Texas delivery on Monday. SAUL expedited my order as LINDSEY answered all of my additional questions making me feel confident my materials would get to their destination on time. Saul and Lindsey were great!!
