I had an 11:00 oil change appointment. I arrived at 10:50 and checked in. I checked the box online that I would be waiting for my vehicle. I also told the agent who checked me in. After an hour of waiting, I asked about the status of my car. I was told it been seen yet and it would be another 30-40 minutes before they would start on it. Unacceptable! I can understand them not getting to a car 20-30 minutes after a scheduled appointment time but this was ridiculous. The agent told me they were extremely busy; ? I had an appointment. End of story. I took my car and left. If they overbooked, that’s their problem. I shouldn’t have to pay price of my time because of that. I would rather have had them tell me to wait a couple of days than not honor my appointment time. I’ll have the oil change done somewhere else.

Aaron was awesome and gave me the best price I could find in town. He was super friendly & I didn’t feel dumb or intimidated for being a girl at a shop lol! Thank you Aaron I’ll definitely be coming back :)

Had 10am appointment. Did not get service after 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting. Decided to leave.
The person in charge said that there were two wheel alignment appointments scheduled at 10:00 which I have never seen before with Firestone but it could be true. Doesn't make sense. I Heard him talk about one of the employees getting injured while working on the other person's truck that snuck in just before I walked through the door and probably did not have a wheel alignment appointment. Many excuses and seemed to have several problems going on at the same time somewhere the truth is in there. Maybe not.

We’ve been coming to Firestone in Thousand Oaks for about 5-6 years, perhaps longer. Today I needed a new battery for my 2016 Hyundai Sonata. We decided to purchase a Diehard Platinum AGM battery because it was rated highly on multiple review sites. We called Firestone and spoke to Rick and Jay. Both men were very pleasant. It turned out that they had my battery in stock and they got me in right away. The new battery was installed in less than 15 minutes after I arrived. Jay assisted me with the purchase and the final paperwork. He's a very nice, friendly person and he also gave me an excellent price on the battery. I strongly recommend trusting the Firestone Dealer at 1100 East T.O. Blvd. in Thousand Oaks, CA for all of your automotive needs. They also have high quality tires with competitive tire prices! Jesse was amazing was able to squeeze me in for an appointment. He was able to find my issue and help me diagnose the problem. He was also able to save me money on the whole over all cost of the repairs. I highly recommend him and this Firestone location.
