Horrible service, I went in to buy Jordan 1's and they ended up having a rip in the stitching. Horrible service and they refused to give me my money back after THEY sold ME ripped shoes. If you're planning on buying Jordan's or any shoes in general I would not recommend going here.

I went to thousand oaks foot locker to got the money back, because I bought a shoes in the store and they called it, after I got here the guy name Vince . The story manager he is so mean and said I have to leave the store now,terrible experience. I am so mad and quarrel.

I LOVE this store!!! Oh my goodness, they were so thorough and so helpful and I left feeling like a million bucks. I've been struggling with foot pain for a long time and I kept thinking it would go away with some ice and rest. Nope. The folks at On The Run are so dedicated and professional, really incredible customer service. I will keep coming back.

Someone needs to retrain all these people on the basics of customer service. I received shoes by mail from a different Footlocker because they didn't have my size. When I got them I wasn't happy with their fit (couldn't try them on since they didn't have my size) so I came in to return them having worn them for less than 3 minutes and with the receipt in my hand). The lady that "helped" me immediately said "I can't return these, I can only give you store credit." Since when!? They arrived 2 days before. Admittedly, there was 7 pieces of dirt in a couple of the creases of the tread that I hadn't noticed. But no scuffs, dirt or signs of wear. I cleaned the 7 pieces of dirt from the tread in about 20 seconds when I got home. She could've easily say, can you please clean these so we can put them back in inventory? No she just wanted to be a J**** She even went further and said as I was leaving, "if you try to come back here I won't take them back." Find a new job girl... one that you don't hate and preferably one you don't have to deal with other humans.

I don't really know about shoes, so I showed sales rep ANGELICA a photo of an old pair of shoes I had she showed me the newest model the Ultra Boost 2.0 the experience was such a breeze. I highly recommend asking her for help she was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Sold me used shoes claiming to be new. Bought a pair of all white AIR MAX 90 a couple months ago and only wore them about three times now. Recently got a tiny scuff on the sole but on the side towards the toe. So as I start to clean and wipe it off I'm noticing all kinds of grass and other stains in which I have never took my new all white shoes on or ever would. Must have shoe polished the shoe before they sold them or something. Really grimey that a trusted store would do this and advertise it as new. Spent 140.00 on someone's new shoes. May have to call FOOTLOCKER HR themselves after this one.

Wow! This place has some of the fanciest shoes Ive seen in a long time. They also have a big lakers section. Definitely come here if you like expensive shoes, or if u are a big sports fan.

good shoes but workers are rude, don't help out & they give attitude to costumers. I asked for a size on shoes and they gave me a bland answer & rolled their eyes at me.
