Jordan is a cool dude. He's very knowledgeable about these minis and paints and gives advice on how to paint/build the minis so you can get the most out of your hobby. He makes sure you have everything you need before checking out.

I went in today for the first time to find some paints and was immediately helped out by the friendly staff and found exactly what I was looking for. Fantastic service, great store and I'm really happy I found it. I'll definitely be going back soon.

I stopped in with my parents while visiting them for Christmas. The incredibly friendly sales associate Jordan offered us a free model and painting lesson, and to my surprise my parents were up for it! We must have been there for over an hour, and Jordan was extremely helpful teaching us various painting techniques like dry brushing and edge highlighting. I think every time I visit my parents we’ll be back in!

There is not a single place I have been to as a beginner/novice in anything, that has made me feel more welcome and excited to be a part of a community. This shop is everything you need to get started and so much more! I went in having very little knowledge about 40k and Jordan was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We talked for a bit and he got a feel for where I was with the hobby, gave suggestions and then offered a free assembly/painting lesson. There were even some other patrons playing the tabletop game that were friendly and helpful as well. What I thought was going to be a 5 minute stop and a couple “oh that’s really cool”s turned into two hours and a brand new hobby for me and I loved every second of it.

Stopped in a with a friend the other day and it was my first time at a games workshop store. The experience was absolutely fantastic, the guy running the shop got us into a demo game, gave us pointers for painting, and gave us a plethora of guidance as we learned about a new hobby. Even the other customers in the store were kind and helpful. A fantastic place I'm excited to return to!

this place is always closed when I come by from LA. I can never make their schedule on days I work and the days I dont their never open on days their supposed to be within their hours in the past 4 years. before then it was so much easier and it was awesome which is why I've kept trying to come back but this is ridiculous. I rather go to Game Ogre, better vibes and actually open in TO, or the Warhammer Cafe which is just as far for me, friendlier, has a better vibe, snacks, and has all the same things for sale.

Abysmal. The sitting clerk (not calling them a manager) acknowledged us, and that was it. Didn't follow up, ask usk if we wanted to see or know anything, nothing. Sat there on a stool the whole time conversing with regulars, not even attempting a sale. - If he had asked, he would have learned I'm an OG player from 4th edition that has played everything from Fantasy, 40k, to Aeronautica Imperialis & Battlefleet Gothic, with a keen interest in collecting and painting, spent thousands on GW in the past.
Gamesworkshop was once a fantastic business model that engaged with it's customers and was beyond professional. Today was sad reminder that people just don't care anymore.
Stick to video games or boxed tabletop and save yourself from the new failure of the GW in the US. 3/16/2024 12:00

Jordan is awesome. Super knowledgeable, super nice, passionate about his job, and a great salesman. The only negative thing I have to say about this store is that games workshop needs to be less greedy and get a second person working here so the shop can have more consistent hours and so Jordan can take a day off.

I have been a Warhammer gamer since 1989. I really enjoy the hobby and have fantastic times on the weekends here. There are many gamers there who like 40k, Fantasy, Lord of the Rings, and other games by GW. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, no sales pressure. I recommend this locatio! A+

I had a great time learning more about the game. The manager Jordan was very friendly and so was everyone else there. You can have a free painting demo and also learn how to play the game too. Anyone who is interested in learning more about Warhammer 40k or AoS should definitely start here.
