Was my favorite Goodwill. Good inventory. Way too pricey now. The most expensive Goodwill around now. :(

To be clear I am a huge Thrift Store shopper. Have been since the 80's. Now, with that said I must say this Store is well maintained and orderly. It is currently my closest Thrift Store, my only issue is personal, I am sad that GoodWill controls and owns it. Why my sadness? Because Goodwill pretends to care about special needs individuals who it claims to advocate for but continue to exploit to the benefit of its overly paid CEO and abysmal pay to those they claim to help.

It's a big goodwill with some overpriced stuff. Their restroom is "out of order" They didn't know where another restroom would be though! What do they do when they have to use the restroom???

Goodwill be thinking it's Nordstrom Rack! Outlandish pricing for used items. I can't believe they wanted 30 for baskets, 25 for cheap jeans, and 15-20 dollars for shirts.

Learn how lines work. I went up to the counter and there was someone still browsing on the end of the line. Was told to wait since she was in line. Okay, that's not how lines work but whatever. The kicker though, another cashier came up and rang up people behind me. Nothing like being told to wait in line and then being looked over and forced to wait. So frustrating.

This Goodwill is clean and for the most part well organized. Sadly this one like Camarillo is guilty of price gauging . At some point whomever looks at these unfair practices will take note.

this place is a disaster and ridiculously expensive for the most part.. but you can find good mistakes. whoever runs it is pretty awful though. I went there yesterday and for the third time in a Row. the store is FULL of people a long line and no employees except for the one older man behind the register who is probably too nice to complain.. they probably dont care about theft since they get everything for free but at the very least someone else should be helping at the register for the people waiting to pay. it you want a good laugh though check out the prices for some of the sneakers more expensive than new and the stuff they put in and behind the counters. this store is a joke

This goodwill doesn’t even feel like a thrift shop any more. Anything of any bit of quality is in a special zone and marked way up in price. There is no sweaters/jackets/sweatshirts for men, only suit blazers. What used to cost less than $3 now cost $8+.Only redeeming factor is the half price Wednesdays, which is not even for everyone..

I have been going here since this place opened. What on earth are they doing with these prices?! Saw Gamecube games today, all of which were basically garbage games. And they were asking $10-20 for them. Beyond insane what this company as become. At this point with their pricing. You can find items for almost the same price online used. Disappointed with them extremely. Hope people start resorting to Craigslist or Facebook for donating stuff. You should all be ashamed of yourselves. Profiting off of people's donations and raising the price 100 times.

They don't have a bathroom. I think it's not right! So If you want to go to the bathroom you need to hold it until you get your home!!!!!! Other businesses have a bathroom for their customers only. If you own this place please let your customers use your bathroom!!!

So, when I asked my grandkids where they wanted to go shopping, I was told "A Thrift Store!". They informed me that "The style of clothes they like" are not available in the store. We had a blast looking at everything, and they found lots of "Vintage" clothing. I also bought them two Christmas Craft Ornament Kits. The employees were very friendly and enforced mask useage ? . We left with two huge bags of merchandise, and many of the items looked brand new or gently worn. I educated my grandchildren about all the "Good " that Goodwill does. Founded in 1902, money its thrift stores make goes towards community programs like job training, and placement services. A "Win-Win".

MehSuper crowded and dirty and looks like things just get pushed in. No organization at all. Tons of clothes and bric a brac but the lack of organization is such a deterrent from wanting to look through. Also, what the heck with the prices. I saw a beautiful large seasonal painting but priced at $399 seems a bit unreasonable. They had a pretty wooden wine rack but not dropping $100 at goodwill for just that. Their saving grace was that they offer discounts for military, first responders and healthcare workers on Mondays but other than that this location is a pass.
