Just your average Hampton Inn. We have had good luck with this Hilton brand and this one night stay was no exception. The staff was friendly and on point. The grounds and common areas were clean and well maintained. I did book the spa tub room and man was the whole room massive. The room was clean (we do a complete wipedown since covid) The tub was a bit of a scrunch for me at 6'1" but was relaxing after a long day of photography . The shower had two nozzles which was also nice. We did not eat the breakfast.

Room was fine, however, the AC unit was very LOUD!! It kept me up all night and the way it was positioned, you could feel the air blowing in your face all night long. Had to sleep with the covers over our faces. ? Otherwise, everything was okay.. Really liked how the Walmart grocery store was right next door. ? (much more affordable than stopping by a CVS)

A kind, caring staff in our time of need. The breakfast was a wonderful way for us to gather and get strength for the day. Our every request was granted with thoughtfulness. This was our family’s first stay at a Hampton Inn and was chosen merely for its proximity to the hospital. We are fans for life and will look for a Hampton Inn wherever we travel. Mahalo and aloha to the Thousand Oaks staff.

We have stayed at a lot of Hamptons and our stay here was among the best. The property was well maintained, our suite was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Tommy, the desk clerk, was professional and personable. His recommendation for nearby dining was perfect. Located about 15 minutes from President Reagan's library made the location convenient for our purposes.Rooms: Our suite was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable.Nearby activities: Convenient location for visiting the President Reagan Library.

Terrible customer service. The maid walked in while I was on a virtual work call BEFcheckout time. The only thing the desk said is usually they knock home. Myself, and the other people that were on the virtual did not hear her knock so there. Still an appropriate. The front desk was horribly mean for one of my guess that was visiting me. I could hear her the entire time on speakerphone she demanded to see his drivers license Very inconsistent as she let Random Uber Dr., Postmates driver run up and deliver me food with not a question. For the past two days I stayed at Hampton in Agoura Hills instead, which is literally a few short minutes away and the customer service was exceptional. I recommend staying there. I even called the manager and let them know of my issues at this hotel, and they never called me back.

Greeted on entering the Hampton Inn, people here were helpful and got to know us a little. Pointed us in the direction of water filling stations and parking close to the door where our room is.Rooms: We received an upgraded, very large king suite.

Charged an extra 10 dollars for the parking fee but not guaranteed the safety of my car? I asked to park at Walmart next door but still insist on parking fees. If you want to charge 10 dollars extra just put it in the room price.

Necklace was accidentally left in an obvious spot after check out. A spot in which house keeping would have cleaned. Called the day immediately after and it was never found. I called numerous times after and the employees seemed annoyed that I was calling. The necklace was clearly stolen by housekeeping. Front desk workers 9/10 times are rude. We were in the room five minutes before check out and we're yelled at by someone outside our door to leave. Do not stay here. This place sucks. 0 Stars this place is the definition of trash.

Avoid this place if you can they'll charge you for parking. They actually said they would waive it for me and lied . Breakfast was horrible front desk people were awful and rude . They put me right the stock room where they put the towels and do the laundry all night I heard cards crashing into the wall next to me.And they really need to fix this place up in the inside everything was old and torn up inside and this is owned by Hilton. In my experience Hilton has really gone downhill in the last few years

Typical 3 star hotel, with comfortable rooms, in an excellent location. There are freeways on 2 sides of the hotel, so traffic noise can be an issue for some. There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room, but no safe or alarm clock. No laundry bag is provided. The hotel is a bit difficult to find, surrounded by strip malls and other businesses. My GPS didn't find it and I had to drive through various parking lots before I found it. The hot breakfast was not that appealing to me, and was pretty much the same thing every day. See the photo.

The Hampton inn has always been one of my favorite places to stay because their prices are reasonable and you get breakfast. I've stayed at this location before and it's just as nice as I stayed previously. You get free wi-fi, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The only thing I noticed that changed from the last time I stayed is that they now charge for parking ($10) per night. Otherwise it was okay. They now use the wall-mounted soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Mine ran out of shampoo but it was okay. I let the front desk person know when I checked out. I'll come back here when the situation arises.
