“This review is long overdue. There are so many things I love and appreciate about DeFrens: They carry beautiful high quality items that are unbelievably affordable. Even though this is highest quality consignment store in area by far, the staff is welcoming, store fun to explore, so many unique items and I always learn from helpful staff. It is a joy to write a review for this gem of a store hidden in an business complex. We are fortunate to have DrFrenS around and you will want to come back again and again to see what's new.”

“I love this shop. There is so much to choose from and it is laid out in a way that makes it easy to find what you are looking for. I never leave empty handed. The discounts are great which allows you to buy good quality clothes at a fraction of the price. The only negative is that the queue at the checkouts is always huge as they never have more than 2 or 3 open.”

“Every time I come in, I'm greeted by the first cashier. Then they leave me alone. That's the way I like it. I have a piece of furniture whose back faces the living-room. I found a piece of fabric to put on the back. Now I need single-fold bias binding to frame it with. Blanket binding would work, too. They've been out of both in my color for two weeks, and no one seems to know when they will get some in. The fabric dept. takes up almost half the big store, so there's plenty of fabric to choose from, at all price points. There's also a lot of yarn, knitting needles, and crochet hooks available. My only issue with this store is that they seem to display like items all over the store. Most of the bias tape is in a rack behind the thread and zippers. But there's some on top of the pattern cabinets, too, and who knows where else. How-to and pattern books are also spread all over the place.”

“Visited the store and didn't quite find what I wanted in the showroom, but with the help of Aimee and Dan, they found just what I wanted in their system! I ordered all the exterior lights for our new home with they. They were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store.”

“I walked into Arhaus determined just to look around when Monique approached immediately like she’s been waiting for this very moment all week. I told her “I’m just looking.” and came back with “Of course, of course. That’s exactly what people say right before they fall in love our sectional sofa.” I found that pretty cheesy but I appreciated the creativity and confessed how I like suntanning but hate the cheap ones the hotels provide when I’m on my vacations. After five minutes, I’m somehow sitting on a white chaise lounge, sipping bottled water I don’t remember accepting, while she explains how it’s “ergonomically designed to support dramatic fainting.” My wife thought that was hilarious when I told her about it later. I’m not a fainter but when she told me it was on sale too, I just might have. It was a solid enough experience to make a writer out of me.”

“Stopped by after watching a movie with my family for dinner and had the best experience. Yusef greeted us with a big huge welcoming smile and took our order. From there every single staff member that delivered our food was very kind and made us feel at home. Everything we ordered was incredible. Best experience, best service and delicious food.
