The interior required dry wall repairs and painting while exterior remodeling consisted of upgrading the barbecue and patio area replacing the driveway and gates used to access the rear of the home. “My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Johnny to get a new SubZero refrigerator after our less than 10 year old Kitchen Aid but the dust. From the minute we stepped foot in the store Johnny was SO helpful and knowledgeable about our options and was able to field a lot of questions we had about different models. We purchased our fridge on the spot and had delivery set up within the week. Once we got home we realized we had mis-measured our space and we called Johnny back who immediately cancelled our order and re-submitted one for the right size fridge. Our new fridge is now happily humming along and we have been telling everyone we know to go to Pacific Sales for any appliances they need. We will absolutely be back in the future!”

“We used Pini with Team remodeling for our spare bathroom and then re-hired for our master bathroom too. Everything went according to the schedule. It was nice that there wasn’t any downtime waiting for supplies since they were all ordered in advance. No demo until everything was ready.Crew was all very nice and they limited the loud noise activities when our baby was napping. Also used the side entrance so the dogs wouldn’t see them and bark more.We did a contemporary/ modern look. I knew exactly what I wanted and was able to get that made into reality- even for items they have never done before. I’m also a perfectionist and his team came back many many times for touchups until I was happy. There was some damage during demo to my patio exterior stucco. They fixed with no issue :) Unexpected leak in the spare bathroom during the remodel, the crew was there asap to fix.Pini & I disagreed on numerous items- the giant 60” tv in a small master bathroom. I love my giant new tv in there now. Extreme number of can lights. Dark grey paint. Even if we disagreed, he made what I wanted happen (and liked a lot of my ideas at the end too).Working on another estimate with them now for our laundry room adding a sink and cabinetry.They aren’t the cheapest quote we received for the bathrooms but the most reliable and reputable. “I'm that person who loves wandering around home stores and just see what they have. We've bought kitchen items here over the years and so glad that they are still in The Oaks mall and open. Came here for hostess gift and a housewarming gift. If you don't find something in the floor you're more than welcome to ask the associates if they have it in the back room. Bought a set of All Clad measuring cups and spoons and they wrapped it all nice and pretty ready to be gifted. We also bought our Espresso machine here, Breville Oracle Touch and the after service has been great. They know which cleaning tabs to recommend or parts to order. I hope they stay open with today's financial climate.”
