“I have been meaning to review this place for a while. They have been absolutely wonderful. First they fixed my dad’s motorized scooter/wheelchair they did a great job at an honest price. Several months later we purchased motorized lift chairs. They were not what we expected. The maker~Pride~ said that they were the new version of the older model we had. We were so disappointed. Medical Supplies IHP was fantastic. They took them back and we bought a better model. My parents are thrilled. I am so grateful that they worked with us as the chairs are very expensive.”

“This is the only mask I will use. No straps so no face dents and it’s easy to get used to. My frustration comes from the nasal pads popping off in the middle of the night in the dark and air blowing into my face from the holes in the tubing. Both things wake me up but, I still prefer this “mask” to others.”

In the past, I had always used CVS and Walgreens, but dear lord... I just could not take it anymore - the being put on an endless hold, the angry staff, the robocalls telling me my prescription was ready, only to drive down and find out that they don't have it. Don't get me wrong, working for a giant corporate behemoth must be soul crushing, and I definitely have sympathy for the pharmacists at those places, and it bums me out when I see them chastised by some inept rich lady in flip flops, but man, CVS just became too dehumanizing an experience for me to partake in anymore.
So I finally gave Dr. Pharmacy Rx a chance and have stuck with them ever since. They always pick up the phone, and they always call me back, and if there is any issue whatsoever, they figure it out. I cannot recommend this place enough. They make you a believer in independent business.”

The staff at Remedy listened to me and worked with me so that I was able to finally pick up my new machine. Yvonne and the staff made multiple calls to the doctor's office and insurance company (one call done after business hours to get clearance to allow me to pick up the machine the next day). We needed a wheelchair for my mom during a vacation. The staff asked asked questions and gave recommendations on which chair would be best. The wheelchair was amazing. My mom kept commenting how comfortable it was. We took her everywhere without any problems. We are so grateful to MedEquip.”
